It was quite handy when it comes to plan new projects or brainstorm new projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I use flow chart the most among all the features. So it's the best for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to editing the diagram or moving part of the diagram, sometimes it feels glitchy. If it improves, that will be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, I don't have to install any software to use it and thats the best part. Another is I can share it with the group or person I want. It automatically preserves my work.
For remote teams, a worthwhile integration

Not necessary for in-person teams; No strong dislikes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How remote teams can interate and engage during Zoom sessions, especially larger groups where it's easy to hide within the pack.
I can easily create what I want.
What do you like best about the product?
I can create block diagrams. I do this easily and I don't have any trouble saving them. I can share the diagrams I create with my friends. Different saving methods make my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think everything is fine. The only situation I don't like is this. I use different internet browsers. Sometimes I can't log in from a different browser. Using Chrome is my only solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can prepare a schema for any project. This provides an easier explanation. If I need to add some color, I use different designs and colorings.

I love the aspect of chart making and this software adapts easily to information that is inputed.

Lucidchart is very sensitive and takes a lot of clean up work

It is creating process charts for anyone to be able to understand visually

What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart is a good product that can help us to create a diagram, chart, data visualization, etc. The user interface is very simple and clean so we won't find it hard when using the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to pay the paid plan if we want to create more projects, other features, etc. I personally don't use it as a daily use so I have no intention to pay the paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagramming and Modelling issues, sometimes we want to create a diagram for our business but at the same time we need to create it fast and simple. Lucidchart provides it all, we can open our browser and start to create our diagram.
Effective visualisation and collaboration tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of features it offers to communicate (e.g., can do by creating stickers or by giving emojis to stickers). It is also provides a great visualisation platform where complex structures with lots of interdependencies can be visualised well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it could interlink with JIRA more. At the moment there is very minimal support features. As such if using Lucid to create and visualise things that will go into JIRA, it is a manual task to go and copy the things into JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualisation tool for JIRA. JIRA is very 1 dimensional - all the stories are in one lineup. This makes it hard to keep track of everything going on. Whereas Lucid provides a platform that is capable of visualising inter-dependencies and relating how the stories match up to the bigger picture.
Easy to use tool, quite effective for mapping up project steps and priorities
What do you like best about the product?
The panning and navigation system through the keyboard and mouse is quite efficient, as well as the minimap tool permits to quickly move around the entire chart without scrolling too much.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection between blocks is quite clunky and not smart enough to avoid obstacles so the user has to manually fix the route of the arrows to circumnavigate every single "obstacle", plus the snapping is quite inefficient when boxes are too close to each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool is quite useful to map out projects and understand how the workflow is interconnected. Depending on how has been used, it permits to quickly understand what needs to be done and gives a sense of prioritization.
