Creating diagrams with simple straightforward directions and designs
What do you like best about the product?
The software helps create several types of diagrams and designing the diagrams is easy thanks to its palette of tools, just drag and drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing negative I have to say about this software, easy to use, and really it is all about drag and drop, not much effort to start using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides me with various options to draw charts, diagrams, organizational trees, and other tables which offers me an enormous edge visually and in terms of project completion time.
Intuitive and Infinite Canvas to drag and drop shapes and lines to diagram effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface made it easy for me to jump right in and start creating diagrams without a steep learning curve, and the infinite canvas allowed me to create flowcharts without feeling restricted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain functions such as the snapping function for arrows sometimes does not function properly for the sequence diagram template making.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool has greatly enabled me to design development work projects and clearly map out the relationship between our activities, outputs, outcomes, and overall goal.
Fast diagramming with great tools to join diagram parts precisely
What do you like best about the product?
The available set of entities that can be quickly grabbed on to the canvas to start working with are great for creating architectural designs. Lines can be easily attached to vertices on other shapes which has made the creation of diagrams a lot faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only flaw I experienced on this tool is that some of the docs are saved cropped from the exact edges from all sides without any paddings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes creating and sharing architectural diagrams easy that allow me to detail out building’s layout, room dimensions, and placement of fixtures.
Super Easy-to-Use Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike a lot of other tools (like Canvas), it is much simpler on the eyes and quite easy to navigate. I would highly recommend to another developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a large learning curve, especially for people who have not done too much past experiences with making diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without a shared visual understanding, teams can struggle to get on the same page, especially with complex systems or processes. Lucid addresses this by providing a visual space to clarify concepts, align on issues, and document workflows.
Lucid’s Automation Saves Time, Minor Learning Curve Worth the Benefits
What do you like best about the product?
One of the main advantages of using Lucid is its automation, which stands in contrast to the traditional manual approach. This not only saved a significant amount of time but also reduced the risk of errors or accidentally omitting important elements from my diagram. Thanks to this, I was able to dedicate more attention to the essential aspects of my work rather than struggling with other program’s limitations. Additionally, I appreciated the updated icons, which were both accurate and easy to locate.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I wouldn't call it a drawback, I did experience a bit of a learning curve, which I think is entirely normal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite addresses the problem of outdated and inaccurate visualization tools by automatically creating diagrams of cloud infrastructure that are easy to understand.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Previously, I used draw.io to create flow diagrams, but since it doesn't integrate with Confluence, I started looking for an alternative. I discovered this tool, and it has been very helpful. I was able to import my old chart, and the tool adapted to it with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
In confluence the diagram doesn't fit well

THe most helpful thing was that the scaling was accurate and really helps with layout

Intuitive and shapes placed well to quickly draw any sort of diagram

Diagrams and flowcharts are incredibly easy to make with all of the included hotspots that exist on the shapes and being able to connect and label them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike about this software as it is very easy to work and very good for quick diagram making.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool I use to create flowcharts that illustrate the physical layout of electrical distribution on buildings and how it flows to branch circuits on each floor.
