What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows me to create interactive and dynamic models of data which streamlines visualization and allows me to identify patterns, metrics, trends and correlation that are hard to discern from raw data.
What do you dislike about the product?
All has been well with Lucid for the past six years that I have been using it to visualize data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with other research team has been among the benefits that I relish with this Suite, mainly Lucidspark.

What do you like best about the product?
Since Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers a wide array of templates for professional-grade diagramming, I like that because it makes it easy for mr to create and design floor plans, site plans and building info models (BIM). Lucidspark ensures everyone is on the same page (stakeholders, team and clients) to collaborate on constructs projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the past five years since I incorporated LVCS, I have never experienced any drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The commenting and feedback features offered by Lucid enables me to conduct architect design reviews and gather feedback from stakeholders in one place.
Excellent program with rich library of elements to draw various network connection flows
What do you like best about the product?
The very useful availability of shape libraries ensures all I need to make a diagram is all here. From basic diagrams to engineering, organizational, network, etc. It offers a highly intuitive workspace with very responsive toolbars that needs no tutorials. It lets me export neat diagrams to other tools and to my own custom dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that restricts me while using this program it has surpassed my expectations and made my diagramming work easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preparing flow charts for technical presentations to depict data flow within the network environment. Creating UML diagrams for preliminary software integration planning. Creating hierarchy drawings for threat remediation processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Features such as Drag and Drop, Command + Drag shapes and quick snapping lines into an object makes flowchart creation a seamless experience. It really combines efficiency and beautifully crafted diagrams for everyone’s need, its really great, I hope they keep it up for many years to come.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is incredible and I was able to achieve all that I needed without hassle. Nothing that I feel could be improved at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From creating processes to building mind maps and organizational trees, it never let me down and I’m really pleased I can show flow charts in my presentations and my diagrams can be easily shared with the management.

What do you like best about the product?
Its symbol library contains the highest element of any diagramming toolthat I have tried and its template library has served as the ideal foundation for every diagram or flow map that I have ever created.
What do you dislike about the product?
To unlock all the features you have to upgrade but for some users the free version already offers enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it very effective and helpful when it comes to designing, modeling or simulating processes and also in diagrams. It is excellent for quick presentation of project flow to our partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has more powerful tools and robust shapes, icons, and connectors in creating diagrams, infographics and other visual documents as compared to other diagrams creation platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
No limitations experienced and I can’t say there is a feature that is missing for diagram and flowchart creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a better and intuitive space to draw charts, design diagrams, process flows and other tables. It allows me to easily design floor plans and also business graphics.

I really like is the collaboration feature. It’s helpful to work with others on the same board, see their inputs in real time, and share feedback directly on the diagram. This makes group discussions and planning much smoother because everyone can understand the idea visually instead of just through explanation.
What do you dislike about the product?
because there are so many features and options, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. New users might need some time to get comfortable with all the tools and layout options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the challenge of collaborating with others in real time. Multiple people can work on the same board at once, leave comments, and give feedback directly on the diagram. This means everyone stays on the same page, which helps reduce confusion and speeds up group work.
Lucid Turns Rough Ideas into Clear, Step-by-Step Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Sometimes thoughts are all over the place, especially when planning a project or designing a system, and Lucid helps organize everything step by step. I can start with rough ideas and then turn them into structured diagrams like flowcharts or system designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about the Lucid Software Visual Collaboration Suite is that some advanced features are only available in paid plans. While the free version is useful, certain tools that would help with more detailed or professional diagrams are restricted, which can be limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of just writing long text or trying to explain something in words, Lucid lets you draw diagrams, flowcharts, and maps that make it easier to see how things connect. This makes it much simpler to plan, organize, and communicate ideas, especially when working on technical projects or group assignments.

What do you like best about the product?
How it has been seamless to visualize and optimize core insurance processes including, claims processing, underwriting and policy management is what I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not experience any downside when utilizing Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, but I use the Enterprise Plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a COO, I am able to map out my insurance agency structure, team roles and responsibilities via Org Charting.
All-in-One Virtual Whiteboarding and Diagramming for Campaign Planning & Performance Tracking: LVCS
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Lucid across a bunch of organizations since 2018. Currently, I give double thumbs 👍🏿👍🏿 up to the fact that LVCS allocates virtual whiteboards and diagramming capabilities in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using the Enterprise plan which offers all features available in Lucidchart and Lucidspark in one place without subscribing separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing campaign timelines, mapping ad creatives and tracking ads performance by visualizing trends and tracking ROI.
