Powerful Diagramming with Endless Tools and Excellent Icon Library
What do you like best about the product?
It allows quick customizations in order to make diagrams, mockups, or flowcharts of my choice. It has all the symbols, shapes and automatic joints making it clear that diagrams are what this software was made to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is easy to use but there are so many tools it is easy to overlook what is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very essential in my use for visually planning multi-stage workflow of a video project to easily communicate the entire video production process. It’s the easiest way to get my diagrams done faster anytime.
Versatile Diagram Tool with Easy Shape Connecting, But Export Quality Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is pretty versatile with lots of shapes to draw diagrams and I like that I can use it for more than class diagrams. It has an easy way of interconnecting icons and the capability to save the editable version of my diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The exported resolution is not that great and sometimes it crops it at the exact edge where the last shape ends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to generate and edit geometric figures, graphs, and statistical charts to guide students on how to solve different equations.

Ever since I incorporated Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I have never faced bugs that lasted for more than 12 hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to automatically plan, track and manage projects with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

Great product for visually displaying ideas
What do you like best about the product?
The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very good at taking complex ideas and organizing them in a way that makes sense visually. What would take many PowerPoint slides to explain can now be displayed in one Lucid board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to find the right shapes at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is solving the problem of making it easy to visually communicate complex ideas into one easy to read board.
Easy Object Movement, But Arrows Need Improvement

Easier to move shapes and objects around and to level

Arrows are hard to use and level. Hard to see if it's straight or not when you have a lot of shapes going on.

It is lightweight and offers all the tools I have needed for diagramming, showing various shapes I can use in an organized manner and convenient replication of repeated elements for faster diagramming.

The software is of great help for quick and simple easy drawings for maps, community networking and relationship flowcharts.

I like the number of various Diagrams formats where I can draw my desire diagram and use the exact symbols that I need to show the journey of data from its source to its final destination.

I really can’t find any disappointing aspect it has been a very useful tool for diagramming, letting me improve my daily work.

This tool helps me show how data moves and where it is stored by designing a data pipeline with its diagramming tools for various endpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s so easy to use, just drag and drop to make shapes, lines, and other objects. Every single object is highly customizable and it has got almost all the essential templates in a wide variety of diagrams categories.

The export feature is good but I would like to be able to set a default option on how to export instead of asking all the time.

I enables me to produce clear, labeled diagrams of the eye’s anatomy to visually explain how different treatments work.

The icons representing the vacuum parts that I can choose from in the database are clear and easy to identify.

There is a noticeable absence of icons for vacuum, engineering, and electrical units that I can select from within the database.

This tool offers the essential icons I need to create a P&ID map.
