Amazing AI Features, But Needs Better Onboarding for New Users
What do you like best about the product?
The new AI features available in the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite are amazing. They really helped me to create dozens of flow diagrams for my latest project.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to include some intro feature helping the new users to understand the right process to create and edit a flow diagram, adding some prompt examples to simplify this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have a very simple way to create flow diagrams using AI. Just with a simple prompt I was able to create diagrams with the correct steps and visual elements on it.

What do you like best about the product?
It was convenient to be able to add separate layers to the diagram. It was also easy to share and access other people's documents. Also, the fact that it was available on the browser and did not require me to download anything made the experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more keyboard shortcuts for things and some of the formatting options felt a little buried. I had some issues with aligning objects in the beginning too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI model was really helpful in finding a good place to start. It was easier to use than most other websites that are available for the same tasks.

How we (teams) are able to collaboratively work together in one place is what I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

I currently use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across four organizations and I do not experience issues nor bugs and I use it on a daily basis.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enhances team collaboration despite geographical location to boost teamwork and productivity.

Effortless Collaboration and Real-Time Editing Make It a Standout
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use - I can easily add and alter elements. sharing for collaboration is seamless and the ability and ease of real time changes during presenation or discussion is wnderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experienceit can take a couple of tries to get the arrows or connectors to snap in place where i really would lke them, which is a minor detail and likely due to user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most recently I've documenting as is and to be states for customer onboarding. the collaboration helps with quick asynchronous feedback as well as live in session building and revising.
Versatile Diagram Tool That Excels in UI and ERD Creation
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful for creating UI diagrams and some ERD and data dependency diagrams and can help us explore various formats like crow's nation.

Quick to Learn, Excel-Like Tools Make Flowcharts Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I managed to create my first flowchart in less than an hour using Lucid. Despite it being my first attempt, I found the process surprisingly quick. I appreciated that the editing tools felt similar to those in Excel, which made it easy for me to adapt and get started right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Selecting many items at once was difficult at first. However, I after figuring it out, it was easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to communicate the logic and flow of steps for inventory and accounting procedures to many different people of various backgrounds. I think this tool provides a great visual reference.
Fantastic Real-Time Collaboration Boosts Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The new features are fantastic, allowing me to collaborate with my colleagues in real time on the same file. This approach really helps us increase our productivity and review our work together as it happens. Also, while using the application, I did not feel any difficulty in creating user flow charts. Also, it is easy to implement and the team is using too often to generate charts and pitch their thoughts through this app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid’s Visual Collaboration Suite can at times feel cluttered and overwhelming, particularly when managing large teams or intricate diagrams. Furthermore, I have noticed that real-time collaboration may occasionally lag or experience syncing problems, which can interrupt the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since most of our team members work remotely, we are able to collaborate effectively on diagramming user flows, mapping out customer journeys, and conducting ideation workshops focused on design thinking for new features.
