Effortless API Updates with Drag Feature, Minor Workflow Creation Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
The drag feature made it incredibly easy to update our API workflows and show what changes had been made from test to test
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be slightly challenging from time to time to create new points in the workflow and there is likely an easier way to do that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps me bring clarity to complex systems by allowing me to visualize relationships between components and processes in one shared workspace. It eliminates confusion when explaining database designs or workflows to team members, especially during remote collaboration. By using Lucid, I save time on documentation, improve communication with developers and stakeholders, and maintain organized visual records of my projects. Overall, it enhances productivity and ensures that everyone on the team shares the same understanding of the system structure.
User-Friendly and Easy to Learn, But Sharing and Saving Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I am a new user. Fairly user friendly and easy to pick up. Easy to find answers if you aren't sure how to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to view the document and/or show others during review. The other big issue is sharing the document with others. I still haven't figured out - not intuitive about being able to save the file in the location you want it saved. I have others that need to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visually mapping out the process flow being used for multiple global areas. Can easily see the differences and determine the best standard process for future use.

Versatile, Intuitive, and Collaborative Tool for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create an infinite canvas for sketching and visualizing team architecture, including back-end services and how front-end components interact with different services. The resources for collaboration are fantastic, and they help keep the team in sync regarding system layout and future architectural iterations. The user interface is intuitive, making the setup straightforward, especially since I was already familiar with it for architecture diagrams. The Suite simplifies modification of architecture, especially because it’s cloud-based, allowing easy sharing and collaboration with others. I find it great for visualizing complex systems and investigating complicated problems due to its excellent visualization tools. The toolset is diverse and versatile, offering a variety of choices, such as different colors and arrows which are very useful. The smoothness of the user interface and the ability to quickly modify or move things around is impressive. I am a huge fan of Lucidchart, loyal to their products, and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with them. The collaborative aspect is particularly noteworthy, as it promotes teamwork and provides a central reference point for the team. Overall, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers an incredibly user-friendly experience with diverse functionality, making it indispensable for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI integration where it's able to help you sketch something out was a little bit stronger. Sometimes I have an idea in my head, but I just don't know how to make it look pretty. I think the Lucidchart AI help could do a better job doing that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to easily modify and share architecture in the cloud, enabling team collaboration and visualizing complex systems effectively.
User-Friendly Platform with Intuitive Drag-and-Drop Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is generally described as very user-friendly with a clean interface and an intuitive drag-and-drop experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
For very large, complex diagrams or densely populated whiteboards (in Lucidspark), some users report lag or slow response times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid provides intelligent diagramming (Lucidchart) and visual whiteboarding (Lucidspark) tools. These allow teams to visualize complex concepts—like system architecture, process flows, or project plans—making them immediately clearer and easier to digest than traditional documentation.
Visualize it, Organize it, Lucid it
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the intuitive interface in lucid platform. I love how easy it is to create diagrams and share them with my team. I also love how easy it is to update my org chart. If i need to move someone to a different team or adjust the hierarchy, i just drag and drop, it is very quick. When i already have my employee list in excel, i can export it straight into lucid. No manual typing, no hassle, it saves me so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some simple things for lucid suite's improvement like uploading from excel should feel effortless. A quick preview of the data before it goes live would help catch mistakes. And exporting should be one click with clear options for PDF or PNG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid makes org chart updates painless. Drag and drop with excel imports mean i don't waste time manually rearranging people. It is a huge time saver. Lucid helps me organize complex ideas visually. I used to struggle with scattered notes and unclear workflows. Now, I can map everything out in one place, which makes planning and communication so much easier.
