It's Great
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can speak with my team collectively or individually and still have a running record of all of our conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes their photos show up and sometimes there's just a square empty with no photo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Useful for Collaborative Art
What do you like best about the product?
I used Lucid Spark to brainstorm visually for a collaborative project with another artist. I loved the way it allowed us to continually zoom out, giving us a large amount of space to keep expanding our ideas and drawings. It was incredibly easy to use and visually very appealing. I enjoyed the range of colours that were available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't really have any problems with it as I was using it rather unconventionally. It actually worked better than expected. The undo feature could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was allowing for remote collaboration. Letting myself and someone else put ideas to paper without having to travel across the country. It was useful in exploring more unique visual scales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its alot better for collaborative drawing than you might think. Give it a go-to brainstorm quick ideas and sketches.
Good collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark makes it easy to collaborate real time with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface is buggy at times and freezes randomly, in the midst of working on the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it as a collaborative whiteboard. Benefit - every user can see changes in real-time.
Functional but not as beautiful as Miro
What do you like best about the product?
For a Marketer, LucidSpark has more Journey Map templates. Security of boards is strong. IT prefers them over Miro. The programming seems lightweight. The boards are quick to use and quick to load. I never notice any lag. I think of Lucidspark as to Microsoft as Miro is to Apple. Lucidspark is perfectly functional, but for those who appreciate aesthetics, it is less beautiful to work and play with than Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to navigate around large boards. You must click and hold, then drag to get to other sections of your board. It's not that Lucidspark isn't user-friendly. It is easy-to-use, but I like the feel of Miro. I enjoy using Miro whereas I see Lucidspark as more of a chore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a product marketer using Lucidspark to create journey maps and product use visualizations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Businesses looking for a secure and functional whiteboard solution and collaboration tool will appreciate Lucidspark. Marketers looking for a variety of common visualizations will find what they're looking for.
Good cloud base charts, with a couple of issues
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use objects and frequently used on hand to pick and drop in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't be saved with hyper links to allow those without lucid charts to access and follow the flow.
The arrows can be a bit fiddly when trying to make the lines avoid objects. Zooming in seems to help.

Using for process flow documentation at present.
Process Flow- LucidChart
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to draft the initial data flow or project with different tools indicating specific process steps. User friendly. Can be shared readily with other colleagues or export information as PDF.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the flow lines used in the chart can be hard to work with. It would be helpful if it had more template available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Define data and process flow. Alignment of methodology. Also, used readily at the beginning of the project to define mini-tasks and assignments.
Workflow building tool, not for Novice flows.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is powerful in that you can build dynamic representation of workflows and processes, the "Lanes" feature is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be used to build simple diagrams, but because this is a tool geared towards software devs, building more basic diagrams feels more complex than necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Lucidchart to first diagram our implementation of Salesforce, and was helpful in closing the loops in some of our well intentioned logic.
Easy to use & does what it says on the tin
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way that branches connecting boxes & rows stay connected nicely & can be re-routed easily, meaning that you don't waste time on pointless fiddling
What do you dislike about the product?
Function around copy-pasting of text could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a good way to contribute to big complex diagrams (I use it to map out the relationship between tables in a database)
Lucidspark review
What do you like best about the product?
Diagrams encourage teamwork, which I appreciate. A process diagram can be shared with numerous people so they can review it, comment on it, suggest changes, and possibly make changes to Lucidspark themselves. Also, the large number of features and connectors keep me interested. I keep an eye on Lucid Spark to see what fantastic ideas they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data being accidentally or intentionally deleted is the only thing that worries me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark was how we developed our project management ideas. Since our learning curve was not steep, it was easier to implement many ideas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is possible to improve customer retention by mapping processes.
sparks Delight, but so can LucidChart!
What do you like best about the product?
The thought process behind developing the templates! It is an excellent collaborative tool (beyond Covid-times) for virtual teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
All functions as expected; what I am missing is the continuous value in LucidSparks after using an existing template!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual collaboration with virtual team members.
Benefits:
Ease of use, scale
Easy sharing, collaborating capabilities
Excellent visualization of general service design concepts (like Fibonacci, Bullseyse, etc.)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get started here if you/your organization is looking to build a service design function. They have well-thought design functions nicely visualized and grouped in their templates.
