What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is its real-time collaboration. Multiple stakeholders can work together simultaneously, share feedback instantly, and convert ideas into clear diagrams or flows, which significantly improves productivity and alignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucid is very powerful, performance can sometimes slow down when working on large or complex diagrams with many collaborators. The main downside is the pricing, especially for smaller teams. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for all users.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solves the challenge of turning abstract ideas into clear visual representations that everyone on the team can understand. It helps us collaborate in real time, reduce miscommunication, and speed up alignment across cross-functional teams. As a result, we deliver projects more efficiently and with fewer misunderstandings.

Transforms Chaos into Collaborative Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to turn complex ideas and team discussions into structured visuals that are easy for everyone to understand. I love how it allows me to create diagrams, flowcharts, and visual boards that clarify ideas without the need for lengthy writing. The real-time collaboration feature is especially valuable, letting teammates work together on the same visual space, which speeds up decision-making and reduces misunderstandings. I appreciate the flexibility of using it for brainstorming, planning workflows, and sharing summaries. What stands out is how it supports clear thinking without imposing a rigid structure, allowing for visual experimentation and maintaining focus even in evolving projects. Overall, its ability to transform evolving thoughts into coherent visual stories that are easily understood and built upon by everyone is something I really like.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is highly effective overall, there are a few areas where it could feel more refined. One challenge I’ve noticed is that navigation within very large boards can sometimes feel less intuitive, especially when moving between different sections of a complex diagram. Zooming and panning are helpful, but without clear visual cues or mini-maps, it can take a bit of time to reorient yourself in dense layouts. Another aspect that could improve is the consistency of shortcut and layout behaviors—some actions work differently depending on the element type, which can interrupt the flow of building visuals quickly. Additionally, while there are many templates, a more contextual recommendation system (suggesting templates based on your work style or current project type) would make getting started even faster. These enhancements would help Lucid feel smoother and more predictable, especially for users working on large, evolving visual projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to transform complex ideas into clear visuals, solving unstructured communication and fragmented thinking. It facilitates real-time collaboration, reducing misunderstandings and speeding up planning, making complex information easily understandable and minimizing confusion.
Access to numerous templates, stencils and smart connectors for reliable flowchart creation
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing is how quickly I can start drawing with the symbols, icons and shapes which if I connect two shapes in a diagram and then decide to move the shapes around, the connectors reroute to maintain the connection and a minute later I have a shiny new flowchart with minimal effort on my part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Never experienced any bugs that make it less easy to design a flowchart as I want it to be. Wonderful and best of its kind for all drawings.

Gives me the capability to build all kinds of training content structures and curriculum modules. It also helps create infographic timelines to illustrate long-term employee professional development stages.
Seamless Diagram Collaboration with Some Missing Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps in visualizing ideas and communicating them effectively to others. I appreciate the platform's ability to facilitate working together with others on the same diagram. It's beneficial that others' thoughts can be drawn up simultaneously with mine, allowing both contributions to work collectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the menu items that are available on Lucidchart are not available on Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. So maybe all of the features should be made available.

Simplest and the best for technical drawing and producing flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
I use this tool to draw diagrams and the shapes and arrows are just automatically aligned and positioned. The template library is enormous and the elements like icons, circles, images and lines create great satisfaction while designing a diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far this is a powerful tool that is optimized for all kinds of diagrams even the complex ones.

As an Engineer I have to write a lot of documentation every week, most of them have diagrams and this tool helps simplify representation of electrical power systems showing control circuits and wiring paths with its drawing tools.
Excellent tool to better describe processes and ideas through quick diagram creation
What do you like best about the product?
The libraries with custom templates make a big difference for me to easily start a flowchart or diagram which makes project design quick. It’s greatest feature is different types of shapes are available for the selected diagram type and I have the ability to export my documents with the possibility of saving in different formats for quick presentation to product managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is never short in the amount of tools and customization even when I need to create very elaborate diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating process flow diagrams to document product design processes helped us massively in collaborating on concepts and ideas that needed to be visualized. The use of flowcharts in our documentation workflows enabled us to develop once visualized diagrams and flows further whenever required and once documented.
Effortlessly Streamlines Knowledge Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it's very easy to use and straightforward. It's also like a source of truth for important parts of documentation, especially regarding document diagram flows. These aspects are really helpful for onboarding and handing off knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite already has a built-in AI tool. It would be nice to have an AI tool for voice chat documentation.

Visual Clarity Meets Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite creates a shared thinking environment instead of just a drawing tool. It lets us explore, refine, and connect complex ideas visually while maintaining structure and flexibility. I enjoy that it supports the natural progression of thought, from rough concepts to well-defined systems, and makes relationships and priorities visible, reducing ambiguity. The real-time collaboration is purposeful, allowing teams to build clarity together. I find its ability to preserve clarity as ideas become more complex incredibly useful, as it lets us refine structures without losing the original intent. I also like how the visual framework accommodates both high-level thinking and detailed analysis, seamlessly moving between strategy and execution. Additionally, the initial setup is quick and user-friendly, enabling immediate collaboration. The platform integrates well with other tools, turning visual ideas into actionable plans, and it greatly improves teamwork and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a strong and well-designed platform, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience more polished. When working with very large or information-dense diagrams, navigation and visual organization can become slightly demanding and require additional manual refinement. Some advanced features, although powerful, are not immediately discoverable and may benefit from clearer in-context guidance to help users unlock their full potential more quickly. Additionally, greater flexibility in fine-level visual customization and smoother handling of complex workspaces would further enhance usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite transforms unstructured ideas into clear visuals, reducing miscommunication and alignment issues. It enhances collaboration by providing a centralized visual workspace, speeds up decision-making, and improves clarity, coordination, and shared understanding in complex collaborative work.
