What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the collaborative, real-time features
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't feel that there were a great deal of features that could not be achieved using the standard Lucidchart app

Greater collaboration with my team and a simple place to go and share ideas

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark was easy to learn and provided all the tools I needed to collaborate with my coworkers quickly. It's nice to have these simplified experiences within the Lucid environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the tool doesn't make it worth it. I expect Lucidspark to come with my Lucidchart license. There are other free tools available that accomplish similar things.

I use Lucidspark to collaborate remotely with coworkers and facilitate workshops.

- Its not as easy to collaborate with other team members as Miro (usability)
- Its not possible to create a limited number of free boards for e.g. quick discussions, you have to pay for (in contrast to Miro)

Really helpful for designing, although it takes some time to get used to it

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Competitive option to other commercial solutions in the market. Current Lucid chart users can learn and adopt very easy.
Very nice white boarding and collaboration tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and the set of collaboration tools. Especially being able to import lucid charts to start a design session. I'm now a fully remote software engineer and the ease of us can't be overstated, especially when having to bring a team of other engineers up to speed on some design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particular stood out. There is always a challenge with drawing programs in browsers, but overall it's a good experience.

With an entire team now being remote, both lurid spark and lucid charts have helped tremendously to communicate ideas over zoom calls.

The lecturer used it for the workshops and seminars during the online courses.
The project group used it for brain stroming sessions and design thinking sessions.
We normally use it together with zoom, so we can talk and work on it at the same time. It's better than just use the share screen function ofo zoom.
