What do you like best about the product?
Use of virtual whiteboard for collaborative planning
What do you dislike about the product?
Copy and paste or duplicate to place a new ticket. Option should be vailable when you clickj on the field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to create a collaborative focus for on-line meetings.
Useful tool, but a bit hard to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Post it's, easy templates to pick up and use and easy collaboration with others all on one page
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to navigate and use, I wish the scrolling functionality on the mouse zoomed in/out instead of down and up. I also would like better voting capabilities on notes rather than dots as they are fiddly to move and place. Some of our colleagues who require more assistance using digital whiteboards like Lucidspark find it very difficult to navigate and so this limits our interaction with these people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration as an alternative to Miro. It's good as a collaboration tool in order to simulate everyone being 'in the same room' in these times of remote working.
Using the flow chart for LCA
What do you like best about the product?
Clear and simple UI so I was able to create a chart quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit difficult to at shapes with a clear background. I wanted to place a box around some processes but struggled to find an effective way to do that

Its helping me illustrate processes clearly and efficiently
First time experience with Lucidspark
What do you like best about the product?
The application is very interactive with most capabilities being intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to frame was not as easy as I expected and navigating around the board a tad clunky, but still very usable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No current problems, once we learned the nuances, all went well. As expected the benefits realized was the ability to interact real-time with our distributed team

What do you like best about the product?
The choice of colour is nice. Being able to zoom in and out is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of organisation and flexibility is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business model canvas discussion as a group was easier with lucidspark.

Good for group discussion
Very handy for depicting flow charts

Very flexible user experience and easily understandable user interface.

There is nothing I dislike about Lucidchart.

I am mainly creating flowcharts for a new company project.
I have been using Lucidchart extensively for building visualisations and collaborating with the team

Nothing that I have really thought about, but probably more scalable way to copy sections

Lucid has good functionality and a solid repository of templates for use

Miro is better for personal use. Wish that the functionality was better built out for use on IpadPro

Brainstorming is a great use case. Also swim lane templates and process flow diagrams have been useful

The UX of Miro should be replicated

Ability to share visualizations with colleagues quickly and collaborate / brainstorm in a virtual setting.

Haven’t tried it enough yet to fairly say, but in my experience I wish the text editing features were easier to use and more flexible in terms of formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During a time where I am working remotely, it’s an easy tool to use from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the expansive virtual space. It also has a lot of formatting and font options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I got a little lost at first because I didn't understand that mousing out moved me. Seemed to be the opposite of how maps work when you move in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to run a branding workshop which was well received.
