What do you like best about the product?
I like that Lucid allows me to seamlessly manage inventory and supply chain through flowcharts and flowcharts that help pinpoint areas for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now that I upgraded to a Custom bundle tier, I hardly face limitations we used to in the individual plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows me to design and plan jewelry collections.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to oversee construction project pipelines by visualizing project, portfolio and task progress in real-time with Lucid VCS.

Identifying trends and making informed business decisions with visuals is what I relish with LVCS.

What do you like best about the product?
It is through Lucid that I am able to map out key account relationships and plans with flowcharts and diagrams allocated by Lucidchart.

I use both Lucidchart and Lucidspark on a daily basis and I seldom encounter issues on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning customer engagements by developing timelines and plans for customer interactions in my org.
Great Flowcharting with Good Jira & Confluence Integration to Support Documentation with Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite supports a wide range of shapes, lines and icons for quick diagram creation and it integrates well with other tools, specifically Jira and Confluence enabling me to embed diagrams to tickets and documentation pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform doesn’t have any problematic features it is very easy to build diagrams and share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very useful for every flow chart related to workflow diagrams, business visualization, and network topologies showing how different network zones are segmented. Embedding diagrams into our documentation makes it win in appearance compared to our competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
LVCS works very well allowing me to organize complex ideas visually using the templates and shapes provided. I was able to create fantastic network diagrams even on the first try and I like how the intuitive diagramming interface enables me to turn my thoughts into a chart in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I do not like about LVCS, for me it is very good and it helps a lot throughout my day to day diagram tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many symbols including AWS shapes that I use to create architecture diagrams that map the process of achieving our ISO 27001 compliance and flowcharts provide executives with a clear visual representation of assets that are compliant in the cloud
Amazing product that we use for visualizing processes.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid visual collaboration suite have been my go tool for creating complex flow diagrams , Gantt charts , mind maps and whiteboard .The collaborative editing and the availability of pre-made visual components are major game changer. Also using Lucid visual we are able to export and share files in various formats such .txt , .xls , .pdf and HTML.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website load time should be improved. Sometimes it very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The web app and technical support has been reliable when assisting us with any issue. Easy to share files in various formats and it offer huge library templates.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspects of it are the ease of use and the ability to collaborate and track who and how you share. There are some great features, as well!

I liked the tools, it was a bit unclear about the pricing and sign-up.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid visual application is primarily used in our department for diagrams documenting systems, processes and IT architecture . Its reliable and creative tool that enables us to display all parts that take part in any kind of process. Lucid also offers wide range of customization options and ready to use templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing of data especially from excel can be challenging sometimes. But every other feature in lucid works extremely well.

Lucid offers real time collaboration among team members . The already provided templates enables us to get started easily.

It is through Lucid that it has been super effective to plan events and meetings by creating layouts, timelines and agendas via flowcharts and diagrams.

My organization upgraded from Team to Custom Tier from January 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣ - it is tailored for all our needs - no bugs experienced.

Visual Documentation and Advanced Integration with Small Adjustments Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different features for representation and the integration via MCP in the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, which facilitate maintaining alignment between code and documentation. Use AI, Claude Code, and Lucid MCP server to generate flow graphs and data dependencies from the code is an important feature for me, as it allows the documentation to be updated automatically. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom in and zoom out are not very intuitive, I still haven't clearly figured out how to simplify navigation in a chart. Clarify any keyboard or mouse shortcuts we can use, have an option for zooming in on a selected area on the screen, have an option to click on the screen and slide it up or down, instead of using the scroll bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for clear and visual documentation on dependencies, clarifying business operations and requirements, as well as facilitating alignment between code and documentation with Lucid MCP integration.
