Software generally works well but wish collaborative editing was more functional

Very easy to create simple designs using boxes and arrows

Can't have colleagues collaborate at the same time

What do you like best about the product?
This is a Good application that supplements a great web service. To maximize value, i got a Lucidchart subscription and use the full Lucid chart in both browser and phone app, Its a fantastic tool for visualizing ideas and sharing/collaborating with others. The Phone app is a great addition for when you are away from office and need to view or tweak your documents and the best feature i like is that i can import my old Visio diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Without the subscription i was able to use only 3 sheets/active documents.
2) I was not able to upload an image, but this issue was resolved in the latest updates i think.
3) offers basic editing functionality for example , you can add/edit text, shapes,lines but you can't perform any sort of formatting on these elements.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used it a lot to express my sequential plans to my team in group meetings, used to add these to my presentations and show it to my office mates, kind of okay but there are better alternatives and Lucidchart should step their game up.
Basic, easy to use diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy, intuitive, no frills, easy learning curve, templates to start with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited number of objects per canvas on free account. Difficult to edit multiple items especially when it comes to formatting.

Collaborate on visualizing flow/organization and visual communication.
Easy to use, intuitive service. I accomplished what I needed to.

It's an understandable easy to use programme. I can get done what I need to in a timely manner that efficiantly conveys what I have to say to the client. It's intuitive and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tools are clunky at times and I only used the free versions for what I needed to. Limited functionality and space with the free trial version. There's not much of a higher level of usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Laying out plans the diagramming solutions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate how much you will need and use this product. We went from paper diagramming and laying out plans and to digitally written plans in a word processer function to this.
Great for mapping marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is relatively intuitive to use. Charts are easy to make and are clear to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t dislike anything per se, but more graphical options (different shapes, lines, fonts, etc.) could be useful for added flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Lucidchart to create a diagram for a marketing automation flow and another for website flow.

This is a handy software for creating marketing diagrams.
Lucidchart - Timeline Feature
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to import contacts to and build powerful account maps, import your schema to generate an ER Diagram. Can additionally create workflows that promote teamwork with the department using a variety of shapes and items. The timeline maker feature allows user to create a timeline with drag and drop interface for Project Management tools. Having a Salesforce connection is a major plus as well coming from an integration standpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version allows for 25 mb for storage, which is something that they may want to increase, if attaching documents becomes a key feature that they promote. Additionally, it does not have strong use cases in some industries, such as higher education.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track events going on in team environment (Especially using Timeline Maker). May be used as a substitute to Visio if a more online based platform is desired.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
May be a good substitute for Visio, but has some limitations for actual scheduling elements. The Timeline Make feature is great way to manage tasks.

The user interface is simple. It has a lot of options to pick from. Great for creating original presenations. Quick to make and downloadable in various formats.

It is a paid software. premium features are expensive. Customizable options not readily available.

It helps make presentations original and comprehensible. Great for creaitng diagrams, graphs and charts quickly.

Gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is simple, easy to use and easy to learn. It's a good way to take something you did on a whiteboard and make digital. I'm just starting to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface is a little outdated, but again, that isn't a big deal. This makes flow charts and diagrams, it gets the job done but it's not exciting.

Mapping out user flows and product happy paths.

It's worth a try.
Very Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
This has a very intuitive user interface and everything is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing really I can complain about for this software. As before, it is very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for basic diagram creation. It is easier to use to make diagrams in this rather than in Google Slides or powerpoint
