Easy to grasp collaboration software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the live editing feature as it allows me to collaborate with my team in real-time during a meeting. I also like the sticky notes that give it a whiteboard-like feel.
For wireframing, I like using the different flowchart related shapes that are easily accessible through a left panel. Also, I like how Lucidchart can handle more than 50 users at a time as seen during our meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the scroll and zoom is not as smooth as it could be. I have trouble moving around on the board. Also, I feel the UI to be rudimentary and not aesthetically pleasing. The editor has a clunky and old school interaction with dull grey colours used. I also think it takes more time to load than the usual collaboration software. I am unsure if its because of the size of the file or the number of users collaborating or general experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We give consolidated feedback for projects with Lucidchart in realtime. It really helps to have everyone's comments together in the same place.
I also create flowcharts to help my team understand the flow of applications. I also work in conversation design and use Lucidchart to create dialog flows for chatbots. Using this software has helped me bridge the gap of brainstorming when working virtually. I am able to collaborate with my team and have whiteboarding sessions on Lucidchart without having to meet in person. It is definitely a useful tool from a distributed team collaboration standpoint.

I like video training, but I do not find it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used the Lucidchart to create two workflows - one for our annual performance evaluation, another one for our new hire folder process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I also use visio for the organization chart
Easy-peasy diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and intuitive it is to draw diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features available in the free version. But $9.95 is affordable for single users.

I used the software to visualize complicated processes at work, and was able to present these to my stakeholders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Works to draw quick diagrams, organization charts or even wireframes. I used it to visualize different processes and share with my stakeholders.
User-friendly visualization tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is relatively simple to pick up. For someone like me with no experience in graphic design, it's simple enough to create a visualization or chart to express the ideas I'm working with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a ton of room for variation in the designs. Everything is pretty two-dimensional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have created easy-to-follow organizational charts and decision trees. It's been really helpful to have visuals where my employees can see them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lucidchart is a great, simple way to create any flowcharts your organization may need. I recommend you start with a free trial, explore the features, get accustomed to the interface, and then decide if it meets your organization's needs.
Quick and intuitive

UI is quite good, the program is quick and intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't find a way to generate a java class structure starting from a diagram. That would be great and helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better organization and code design
Effective solution diagram tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best part was being able to store multiple diagrams in my account before exporting them as well as having many saved assets i would use commonly across multiple diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
When i used it, it was sometimes slow to update and save, which may have been a localised issue to myself but outside of this it was fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We simplified the way we draw diagrams for solutions
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is ideal for smaller businesses with requirements for professional diagramming

It would be great to have more predefined forms.

Software generally works well but wish collaborative editing was more functional

Can't have colleagues collaborate at the same time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Good Tool But can be improved
What do you like best about the product?
This is a Good application that supplements a great web service. To maximize value, i got a Lucidchart subscription and use the full Lucid chart in both browser and phone app, Its a fantastic tool for visualizing ideas and sharing/collaborating with others. The Phone app is a great addition for when you are away from office and need to view or tweak your documents and the best feature i like is that i can import my old Visio diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Without the subscription i was able to use only 3 sheets/active documents.
2) I was not able to upload an image, but this issue was resolved in the latest updates i think.
3) offers basic editing functionality for example , you can add/edit text, shapes, lines but you can't perform any sort of formatting on these elements.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used it a lot to express my sequential plans to my team in group meetings, used to add these to my presentations and show it to my office mates, kind of okay but there are better alternatives and Lucidchart should step their game up.
Basic, easy to use diagramming tool
