Effortless Visual Collaboration Despite Minor Navigation Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite incredibly beneficial for virtual teamwork, particularly in a remote working environment where sharing visual ideas is essential. I love how easy it is to modify visuals, add comments, export, and share documents, which significantly enhances collaborative efficiency. The Quick Tool option stands out for its utility in quickly accessing commonly used features, serving as a useful starting point for exploring tools I may not be familiar with. Also, the initial setup of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was extremely straightforward, as I only needed to use the enterprise account login provided by my company, allowing me to begin using the product immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it sometimes hard to navigate around a page. On occasion when I am trying to move around the page, I accidentally select something in my visual and it moves instead. In addition, when I am screen-sharing, the text on the page can be hard to read, it seems like I am either too zoomed in to see the full visual, or I have to zoom too far out and the text cannot be read. I don't currently use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite with any other tools, but I would like to integrate it with Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to facilitate remote team collaboration, offering a virtual space for visual idea sharing and brainstorming, solving the problem of lacking physical collaboration spaces.
Awesome team collaboration software!
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing tool to generate diagrams/flowcharts (Lucidchart) and share with the team. We also use it (Lucidspark) for running our team retrospectives.

Empowering Collaboration and Creativity with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has become one of our most valuable tools for collaboration and visualization. It's not only easy to use but empowering for our users. The enablement resources and customer support are best-in-class; anytime we’ve needed guidance or wanted to learn something new, the Lucid team has been right there with clear, actionable help.
Lucid AI has been a particular game changer. It’s intuitive, practical, and truly cross-functional. Teams across the organization can leverage it without any heavy lift or steep learning curve. It helps remove the tedious parts of work, like formatting, brainstorming setup, or diagram generation, so people can focus on creative problem-solving.
We’ve also seen a big improvement in organization and sharing thanks to teams. They’ve drastically reduced orphaned documents and made collaboration smoother. Everyone can find what they need quickly, and sharing visuals or process maps across teams feels effortless. Additionally team templates ensure we are consistent and communicate effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the majority of our teams find Lucid to be a great fit we did encounter challenges using Lucid Spark for large scale, global planning sessions. Specifically, our boards that included a very high volume of integrated Jira cards occasionally experienced lag and performance issues.
Though what really stood out was how the Lucid team handled the situation. Their support and engineering teams worked closely with us to troubleshoot extensively, exploring multiple solutions to improve performance. When it became clear that Spark couldn’t fully accommodate our unique scale and complexity needs, they guided us through a thoughtful transition to another product—ensuring continuity for our users and minimal disruption.
This experience actually reinforced our trust in Lucid as a partner. Even when the product couldn’t meet our specific use case, the team’s dedication, transparency, and collaboration made a lasting impression.

We use Lucid to bring clarity to big initiatives, map processes, and connect planning directly to our execution tools like Jira and Slack. This has reduced confusion, cut down on context switching, and helped teams see how their work fits into the bigger picture.
Lucid AI has been a huge value-add. It’s intuitive, easy to use, and genuinely useful across roles. It takes care of the tedious setup and structure work so teams can focus on thinking, not formatting.
The suite also solves for document sprawl and visibility challenges. Team folders make it easy to organize, share, and maintain living documents without worrying about orphaned or lost files.

When I was a new user I was using the individual tier which wasn’t possible to use the iOS mobile applications with - I will never downgrade from the Team plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Project Engineer, I am able to create project plans, create complex diagrams and collaborate visually with colleagues in one place with Lucid.

Mapping customer journeys via creation of visual representations is one of the benefits of using this tool.
In addition, real-time visual collaboration is another thing that I gain with LVCS.

Effortless Workflow Design and Collaboration Across Borders
What do you like best about the product?
It really makes systems and work flow design as easy as it can possibly be. I like the prompts and pop-up advisory "how to ..." articles as well as the ability to export to .pdf, MSWord and other formats for collaboration with colleagues in remote locations (think Africa). This also enables printing on large format paper for use in workshops where Internet links for working on laptops is not available.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a non-profit that is just getting established the fragmentation of Lucid Suite components across different subscriptions is a challenge. We need to watch every dollar we spend so signing up to a short test period with a callable credit card payment as back up if we don't de-subscribe quickly after testing is not possible. For small teams of less than 10 people, who are working on Lucid perhaps a few times per month at most and over low bandwidth Internet links, a suite-wide subscription with ability to take a chart off-line and then upload a version with comments, would be welcome.

We are developing and testing a new digital platform to enable SMEs in low and middle income countries to get financing - mainly through their banks, by slashing the time and cost of applications, de-risking, improving security, traceability and efficiency of the end to end process. we are just starting to use Lucid Chart to plot work flows, Ai embedding, Corpus relationships and system logic - AKA Wireframing. On other solutions that I have tried this work is tedious and I spent more time learning the application than thinking. LucidChart frees me to just sketch out ideas and visualise my thoughts without the underlying app manipulation getting in the way.
The next step will be to try out the collaboration possibilities with our 3-person team in Kenya so that I can talk through our processes with them and adjust the chart as we go - eg collaborative Whiteboard..
When you ask "is the product or service expensive?" I think for small non-profit organisations like ours you should offer a one-price subscription covering the 7 Visual collaboration suite tools together. Small organisations like ours will probably only use parts of the suite each month.

Effortless Collaboration and Visualization with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Lucid makes it to collaborate and visualize ideas. It’s super intuitive, works great in real time with my team, and the integrations keep everything connected. Perfect for brainstorming and turning messy ideas into clear plans!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid is great overall, but sometimes it can feel a bit slow with large or complex diagrams. The pricing can also get a little high if you need access to all the advanced features. A few more built-in templates or easier permission settings would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps our team stay aligned and visualize complex ideas easily. It solves the problem of scattered communication by giving everyone a shared space to brainstorm, plan, and design in real time. It’s made meetings more productive and helps turn ideas into clear, actionable plans much faster.

With Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I am able to enhance campaign planning by visualizing marketing strategies via mind mapping tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unavailability of some features such as video conferencing is the only flaw, but I access them through third-party apps integration which only cost me extra few minutes during customization.

I create visual representations of the customer journey with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite which automatically pinpoints areas of improvements.
