Easy to use platform for Org Charts
What do you like best about the product?
It was an easy-to-use tool. I wanted to replicate our company's org chart, and I tried with other platforms, but Lucid Chart was the winning one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their buttons once selecting a form. It was frustrating to see that the forms didn't have the same sizes and that it didn't have an option to make them all the same. The copy-paste feature created different-sized forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to make org chart and automatically saved in the cloud.
Codevelopment on use of our space and future-planning was made more efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
For me, it was how easy and intuitive the software was to use. This includes the convenience of sharing and commenting on the design as it was being developed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only truly negatve drawback I could find was that it wasn't free! I think my expectations were dialed in and I wasn't asking the tool to do more than it was capable of doing, but for the sake of space and flow planning it has certainly met my needs well. Could only be better if it was free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed us to create a visualizaiton for our space and have discussion with a variety of team members that have opinion value in developing the use of our exisiting space. Being able to collaborarte in this format has greatly sped up our decision making process and learning what can work and what won't work in the space that we have. The savings on time cannot be underestimated. What could have taken us months to resolve has now been reduced to a few weeks.
Review of Lucid Visual Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to move effortlessly between Lucidchart's structured diagramming capabilities and Lucidspark's free-form brainstorming environment streamlines the entire creative and planning process. You can start with a brainstorming session in Lucidspark, then easily transition those ideas into organized diagrams, flowcharts, or models in Lucidchart, all within the same suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the integration is a key strength, there can be some feature overlap between Lucidchart and Lucidspark. For users who primarily focus on one type of visual collaboration, paying for a suite with features they don't regularly use might feel unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex ideas and processes can be difficult to explain with text alone. Lucidchart provides visual tools to represent these concepts clearly and concisely, breaking down communication barriers and fostering better understanding among teams and stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to dynamically make a visual chart that stands out and dynamically resizes, re-connects and re-scales to your task. I appreciate the ease of documenting workflows and algorithms so a technical mind can get the information that's needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of features behind a paywall, the interface to find the shapes you want doesn't have a search function
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workflow of concept to execution
The best visual aid for planning projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create simple visuals that can be shared with others and easily disseminate information. Having the different elements to portray what I'm visualizing helps me track all objects that are in my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some issues with using the lines between elements. Sometimes it gets very easy to add a new element when I'm trying to move a line to a different side of an existing element.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my issue of visualizing a mental map I'm creating on the spot for a project. I'm able to write out in the board an automation I have created in another program. It's convenient and in one spot so I don't have to worry about losing a paper or using a whiteboard in my office.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps us get ideas out of our heads and into something visual—fast. Whether it’s system architecture, org charts, user journeys, or quick brainstorming, it gives structure to messy thinking. It’s been especially useful for remote collaboration; instead of trying to explain something over Slack or email, we just build a quick diagram together and everyone’s aligned in minutes. It cuts down on miscommunication and speeds up decision-making across teams.
