What do you like best about the product?
I like that Lucid makes it easy to visualize complex ideas clearly and collaborate with others in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get cluttered quickly if multiple people are editing at the same time.
The interface has a slight learning curve for new users.
Integrations sometimes require extra setup or don’t sync perfectly.
Performance can slow down with very large diagrams.

It helps me map out processes, organize ideas visually, and collaborate with others in real time which makes projects easier to understand, align on, and move forward quickly.
Streamlines IT Workflow and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Suite daily for creating workflows and brainstorming ideas about enhancements to our ServiceNow catalog. It allows me to disply my ideas in a way that my team members can easily see and understand. I also love the real time collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really hve anything negative to say about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Suite solves the challenge of visualizing complex processes and collaborating remotely. In IT Client Services, I often need to explain workflows, troubleshoot issues, and document processes for clients and internal teams. Before Lucid, this meant creating static diagrams manually, which was time-consuming and hard to update.

Simple and Recommended, But Improvable on Mobile
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, making it easy to understand from the very beginning. Additionally, the initial setup is very simple and easy to understand, which I totally recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The price and feature limits are restrictive. 2. The performance with large documents is not optimal, which can hinder productivity. 3. The mobile app is limited, not as smooth or complete as the PC version, which makes editing from the phone not always comfortable.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to practice exercises in class, improving my understanding of the material.

Impressive Experience That Exceeded Expectations
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how there were so many options for charts that catered to my academic needs.it was fairly easy to use which I loved. Easier than competitors
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint was how I had to use the the scroll bar at the bottom of the page. And not being able to zoom in with my mouse
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of access is very important to me. I’m a Mac and windows user so i love it for that cross platform compatibility which is an issue I had using Microsoft.

I really enjoy the flowcharts in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, as they provide a fun and engaging way to visualize my projects. The versatility of the whole canvas is another aspect I appreciate; it's not only enjoyable to use but also offers a dynamic space for creative experimentation. I find having a visual representation of the projects I'm presenting very valuable, as it enhances my presentations significantly. Additionally, the initial setup of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was very easy, which made the transition into using the tool smooth and stress-free. Given these positive experiences, I would definitely recommend Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to my friends or colleagues.

Easy to use and a plethora of templates.

lots of features are ocked, i think having a select range of premium feature is the way forwars especially to get a wider user base.

Occasionally the interface feels a bit crowded, especially with many tools on the screen. It would be helpful if customization or simplified views were more prominent.

Lucid solves the problem of unclear or scattered information. By centralizing diagrams, flowcharts, and documentation, it helps my team work faster and reduces errors. Visualizing steps and dependencies makes projects far easier to understand and execute.
