Does exactly what you'd expect it to do
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to use, even without any experience with similar software.
The collaboration features work great.
Requesting a license was a one-click process.
Every time I think, "Can it do this?", little things like rotating text boxes, it's intuitive to find and implement.

Nothing yet.. I haven't hit much of a road block with respect to what I need out of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Lucid for process flows.
It helps me visualize the process flow so it's easier to organize my thoughts when trying to make improvement.
It also makes it easy to review these things with my team so we can brainstorm together.

Something I find very useful when using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that it makes it very easy to collaborate with others all on the same screen, at the same time.

Nothing, everything is perfect, I have no dislikes!

What do you like best about the product?
I have a yearly subscription for lucid chart. Lucid is very beneficial to functional consultants to design,architect and present in such a way to the technical consultants in ERP technologies . I regularly use lucid charts for designing SAP user experience screens . i used to share the lucid diagrams to my colleagues to view ,edit,comment .
What do you dislike about the product?
i would like to suggest the lucid team to introduce SAP shapes and icons for better productivity in SAP ERP systems .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in SAP ERP technology , we use this lucid visual collaboration suite as a visual presentation tool for performing functional specifications . We can replace the excel with this LUCID in our technology for designing and capturing screens for programmers.

its potential high cost for smaller teams or individuals, a somewhat limited free tier.

import of HTML data doesn't exist and hence can't be integrated with AI responses

It helps me create the various workflow diagrams that can be used to brief the leadership and improve on Operations.
Flowchart Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not a designer, and flowcharts usually overwhelm me. But Lucidchart changed that. I was able to build a complex flowchart in no time. The templates gave me a great starting point, and the snapping tools kept everything organized. It's like they built it for people who aren't naturally visual, and I really appreciated that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only notable thing was that with so many features, the interface can sometimes feel a bit cluttered, especially on smaller screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart provides tools to create clear, visual representations of complex information, like flowcharts, diagrams, and system designs. It's ease of use is really helpful in my course work

Simple, intuitive UI, that helps you to learn along the way while you master the tool.

Honestly, the brand colors can be better.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that any idea, no matter what - can have a visual representation, and the way it can be shared across teams is amazing

I don't have something specific that i dislike in lucid

I can drop any idea, object or item into the white board, come back later and arrange it in a logical flow, and have it shared with my team across the world
Great product, only scratching the surface

Great product to create workflow forms like flowcharts for any business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have not seen anything with Lucid that wasn't easy to use and completely user friendly.

We have been able to create a viable flowchart for the work coming through our business and have precise steps as to what steps should be taken in specific situations
