Effortless Collaboration with an Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate and collaborate with team members. The interface makes working together straightforward and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many templates come with numerous pre-filled elements, so if I only like part of a template, I have to remove the rest myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use it for creating diagrams and workflow charts. It allows me to quickly draft visuals to present to my team, helping me illustrate a point, statement, or concept effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the backbone of every HR initiative in my current Advertising industry. My role as a PCBP, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite plays a major role when it comes to mapping employee-experience journeys by sketching onboarding and off boarding processes with flowcharts and sequence diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even my overall rating depicts that I have nothing that I like least about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite I am able to pull data from external HR tools such as BambooHR turning them into dynamic diagrams to have accurate view of our leadership in my organization.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Manager in the optical industry, it has been easy for me to create visual diagrams and flowcharts of business processes to identify marketing trends and metrics and pinpoint areas of improvements prior to making business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a great journey for me since 2023 when implemented Lucid (Lucidchart & Lucidspark) without facing challenges in customization nor bugs causing downtimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By mapping customer journeys with Lucidchart, I have been able to enhance customer satisfaction.
Spectacular Flowchart Creation with Effortless Setup and Versatile Shapes
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of shapes to use is much greater than in other similar software and resizing is easier so I am able to set up a diagram within minutes. The arrow connectors also stay connected nicely if I have to rearrange the layout. It is spectacular for creating flowcharts and this helped with seamless transition from one assignment to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found any cons to this platform and I already know what each object is used for so there is no issue finding what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform really helps create visuals aids for lessons and diagrams help break complex tasks into steps. I also use flowcharts to present curriculum plans in a very clear manner.
Powerful flowchart tool that’s easy to use to create really neat charts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is a robust design application that instead of presenting clients some shapes and lines, it lets you visually improve the charts and diagrams with its really nice templates and connectors so that they become more understandable and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to making intuitive and appealing diagrams, Lucid has never inconvenienced me in any way so its always efficient to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At first I utilized Lucid to map supply networks but I began building everything from order workflows and inventory data maps to hazard analysis boards. Its very helpful working in real in real time with my team modifying the diagrams and getting to a final solution together.
Best program to easily create flowcharts and shape diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use even if you are not familiar with this kind of programs, it has lots of different elements to personalize diagrams and easy to add triggers to change the aspect of the shapes. The most powerful part for my team was the ability to brainstorm together on any charts we had to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally copying components from one Lucid chart to another can break the Arrows and text interaction but that can be easily realigned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a great way to visualize data flow processes and mapping out steps to monitor security coverage in our databases and also lay out response steps for specific types of incidents. Its also been the best program for displaying the integration flows.
Rich Image Library and Effortless Integration Make It a Standout Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has a rich liberary of images and very easy to use with connecter that can have multiple flows and can create layered views for different users.

It would be very helpful if we could attach detailed documents to the process maps. This feature would greatly enhance the usability of the maps.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create workflows, identify constraints in processes, and create org charts. I love how it allows my team to visualize a workflow to optimize operations or identify constraints. What I like most is the ease of use, and the different options available for flowchart development. I also appreciate the provided templates which help in streamlining the process. It's great, and the initial setup was very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Certified Public Accountant in a Marketing Services, I mainly use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to visualize HR processes in real-time. How Lucidchart to be specific enables me to create visual representations of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives when making HR and onboarding decisions is another advantage.

I haven’t used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for long, but it accomplishes all my needs without any issues.

It is through Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite (Chart) that I have been able to pinpoint HR areas of improvements by mapping HR processes automatically via flowcharts and sequence diagrams.
A Must-Have for Design and Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for brainstorming my designs and marketing. It helps me leverage my gifts and talents instead of hiring someone else. I love that Lucid allows me to quickly turn my mental concepts into visuals. I'm a fan of the ready-made templates and smart tools that boost my skills. I also love being able to see edits, comments, and updates from collaborators instantly. The initial setup was extremely easy, which made transitioning to Lucid even better.
