Flexible Enough to Quickly Create Process Diagrams, Organizational Charts and Space Layout Plans
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a very powerful platform for creating flowcharts and diagramming compared to other tools which provide basic functionality. Creating a client onboarding flowchart, data can be easily mapped to individual elements and text boxes added to make an interactive flowchart explaining the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t dislike anything about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite the diagramming tools embedded in the platform makes everything easy for the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enables me to create organizational hierarchy chart clarifying reporting lines and responsibilities within our wellness and fitness company and I am able to map out the location of gym equipment, wellness rooms and traffic flow.
Easily Creating Valuable Flowcharts to Effectively Visualize Our Legal Frameworks with Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Lucidchart is offered within Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite alongside Lucidspark which makes it extremely powerful for creating detailed flowcharts, along with cause and effect diagrams. It is very useful for drawing day to day business related layouts that helps simplify complex legal frameworks into easy to understand flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much information about all the available functions of the platform the help tab should explain the features better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating regulatory compliance workflow diagrams helps clearly define compliance checkpoints to ensure our company adheres to publishing laws and regulations such as copyright laws and data protection requirements.
Best Flowcharting Tool to Visualize Security Data and Export the Flows in Multiple Formats
What do you like best about the product?
LVCS is a great platform with many symbols and images that I use to make excellent and creative diagrams and there is a wealth of fantastic templates which are conducive for any data visualization need such as flowcharts and architecture diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing that I like least about LVCS, for me it’s the best and still strong in its competitors and I don’t feel like moving to some other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LVCS helps create threat intelligence flowcharts linking threat actors, indicators of compromise, and targeted assets and these flowcharts greatly help understand how different threats are connected.
Super Reliable Platform for Easy, Data-Linked Diagrams Illustrating Network Architecture
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is really super reliable compared to other similar tools that come at a higher price. It allows me to design network diagrams and visualize processes in a very easy way. In my Information Technology field I like that I can visualize system connections through data-linked diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has everything that I would not change anything about it, all the aspects of the platform are very effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My key diagrams that I create with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite are Threat Modeling Diagrams that illustrate possible attack paths I also create flowcharts defining the exact steps to follow when a security incident occurs.

Analyzing sales data through creation of visuals for sales trades with Lucid diagrams and flowcharts is what I like most about Lucid VCS.

All has been super fine on my end as a Chartered Accountant when using LVCS.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to visualize my company financial data by mapping financial trends and forecasts in real-time with LVCS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Never have I come across challenges when using Lucidchart and Lucidspark on my end as a VP of Finance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to collaborate on budgets and analyze business supply costs via LVCS.
An awesome, simple and effective diagramming tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid visual application interface is intuitive making creating of visual content and diagram more easier process. It offers solid templates for beginners and it has a lot of customization options. the drag and drop interface is intuitive and it offers amazing team collaboration features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid support team has been helpful. The initial issues we had have been resolved. No dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid visual platform offers the best library of user flow templates. The support we get from lucid team is great. Also lucid application is affordable.
Highly Flexible, Streamlined Process Mapping Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is. It gives us the options to define processes, crosstabs, and both multi-stream and cross-stream lanes. This flexibility allows us to document individual processes at the detail level, adding a lot of text and annotations that really help users understand and read the process maps. From a user's point of view, documenting these process maps at such a detailed design level provides a 360-degree understanding of how data moves from one department to another or through various stages of the process. This clarity is valuable from an operational standpoint, giving users a smoother execution. I've also found it quite comfortable and flexible to use, and the setup was very straightforward. Nothing was complicated or challenging, and once I had the license or trial, I could start using it as required. I also appreciate the better licensing options provided by Lucid, which has made it a more consistent tool for us in the past few months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, there are few things that could add value, like tagging options on the shapes. Some tag shapes could be introduced, like number tags or some tags that can be added with small text. There are text options, but small tagging features or shapes would be much more flexible options to add value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides detailed understanding of business operations, improving individual job performance. It offers flexibility in documenting processes, enhancing clarity and execution across departments.
Effortless Visual Collaboration, Minor Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using many different types of files like requirements documents, Visio flows, web links, and Kanban boards, all within one collaborative space. It's easier to see all these assets in one space, which is a huge help. The initial setup of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was super easy. So far, I like everything about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a bit of a learning curve to using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, which can be easily overcome. Personally, I don't find it to be a huge issue, but some of our client users have expressed this.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create process flows and get feedback from process owners. It solves visual collaboration challenges and integrates various file types in one space, making it easier to manage and view everything.

I love how the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite realizes my concepts and produces the end results as per my expectations. It's very competitive compared to other products in the market, with the ability to convert handwritten schematics into professional sketches, giving a more refined end result. The initial setup was as smooth as cutting a cake, making it quite simple to get started with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used it for simple schematics and Block diagrams, and in those features, I think Lucid was more than a hack's budget.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite accurately brings my concepts to life with minimal corrections. It effortlessly translates instructions into professional sketches that meet my expectations.
