Easy Collaboration for Creating and Sharing Tech Stack Charts
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to collaborate, I am able to create good charts describing tech stacks that can be used and elaborated on by colleagues and other collaborators. Excellent outreach from Lucid chart in regards to questions, good advice etc.
I don't need to create charts overly frequently, so it's good that the interface is simple, yet powerful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating files through the browser feels a bit clunky at times, but overall it works well enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal documents describing technology stack / how things work, mind maps, but also good for creating marketing material.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and allows me to communication processes and flows with my team and customers easily. I use it frequently to help me with visualizing processes. It was easy to implement into my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike about Lucid Chart.

I mainly use to visualize customer flows to find way to improve customer's workflows and then sharing the solutions with them.

Additionally, certain integrations with third-party tools can take extra configuration to work seamlessly. For teams working with very large diagrams or complex projects, performance can sometimes slow down slightly. Finally, although customer support is generally helpful, resolving more technical or nuanced issues can occasionally take longer than expected. What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to define and visualize processes with ease. I appreciate how beautifully it displays data flows and cases using charts and diagrams, making it easier to explain complex workflows to my manager. I like the AI integration and the various options and features available, including the playground/canvas for experimentation. I also love that I can achieve everything with code, which I frequently use to update or rearrange the diagram and node structure. The initial setup was relatively easy, thanks to the tutorial provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm currently satisfied but more AI credits would be helpful. Also if there is collapse option in a diagram and also animation of the flow. Like in a hierarchical tree it is more cluttered if there is collapse option then I can edit what I can see.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to beautifully visualize processes and data flow, which helps explain complex systems. The AI integration and coding features are particularly valuable for customizing and perfecting diagrams.

I have been with LVCS for more than three years now and I haven't had issues using it.

Intuitive and Easy to Use for Building and Editing Boards
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive to use Lucid. You figure out the different functionalities easily. It is very easy to cut and paste pictures etc, and move around on the board
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an unnecessary step in the login procedure: I currently only work in one board, and even when I click on a link to go directly there, I am taken to a some dashboard I do not neet to get to. Sometimes the zooming in and out is not super smooth, but a bit fast - I just want to zoom in a little bit, but it goes very quickly to a much more zoomed in view when I zoom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use it to communicate on a project development phase with global colleagues, We can all go in and check updates etc. It is also very good for visual overview

I find the new AI feature in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite quite amazing. I use it to convert notes I take in a note-taking app or sketches I hand-draw on my notebook into workflows within Lucidchart. This AI prompt builder feature is a game changer for me. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy and quite intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe we can introduce something about pencil support where we can use the mouse cursor to draw the boards directly, like if I'm drawing a square, it can detect that it's a square and make it into one.

It helps me work more efficiently with others because everyone can contribute ideas, edit diagrams, and give feedback in one place without long email chains or confusion.

I also appreciate the better collaboration and accessibility since it's cloud-based, compared to Visio. It integrates well with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, making it convenient to share and present diagrams. The initial setup was fairly easy too; we quickly created a workspace and invited team members.

I find that sometimes large diagrams can become slow to load or navigate when many elements are added.

the thing liked best was its AI feature that can be used to generate diagrams making diagram generation easier and the fact that you can customize it because it has little errors in the generated diagram.

Their trial version does not last longer as other productivity apps do.
