What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use for collaboration. I worked on a team project, and everyone was able to contribute smoothly without much technical friction or setup hassle.

Making project management be in one place and not multiple software applications
Simple UI and Helpful AI That Still Keeps You in Control
What do you like best about the product?
It strikes a great middle ground between offering real, practical, AI driven suggestions and automated help, while still giving me the flexibility to do the work myself. The user interface is simple, while giving you everything you would need to create effective visuals and charts
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it difficult to find the some of the features I was looking for and the integrated support was not enough help. I felt as if I spent most of the time looking for the correct components or editing what i had already created when I finally found a component that better suited what I needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of what I work on is complex under the hood. Lucid helps me simplify that into visuals so teams can quickly understand what’s happening, why it matters, and what decisions need to be made—without getting lost in the technical details.
