Effortless Mind Mapping and Team Ideation
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the convenience of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, especially for making mind maps and UI flowcharts. It's easier to edit than using other software or hand-drawn methods in notebooks. I really like the collaboration features, which are a plus for group meetings and ideation. The initial setup was quick and easy, making it simple to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes mind mapping easier and ideas are easy to edit. I appreciate its overall convenience and collaboration features, which help with group meetings and ideation.
Empowered Diagram Creation with Intuitive AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI feature the most in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it can generate diagrams based on my prompts, making it very close to what I have in mind. I can give it a description of the diagram I want, and it will create the necessary diagram or even generate different versions as I request. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the blocks are connected can be improved. Block elements in certain diagrams can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to make my charts with all needed tools and elements. Its AI feature helps me by creating diagrams based on my descriptions or prompts.
Flexible Collaboration with Minor Icon Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating charts and visual graphs. I find it easy to collaborate on flow charts and visual workflow processes. I like the flexibility to share my work with colleagues and the various output file types. It's easy to use. The templates are a good starting point for ideas, and I like that I can upload my own icon graphics. The initial setup was really easy. I'm likely to recommend it, giving it a score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pre-built icons were a bit inflexible with editing, particularly with color changes. Not all icons could be changed to a simple black and white, which is what I wanted. Also, sometimes arrows or connectors would appear where I didn’t want them, attaching to boxes or shapes automatically even if it wasn’t consistent with the rest of the chart.

Fast, Intuitive Tool for Visualizing Ideas and Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
It’s quick to use and easy to understand. I mainly use it to map out ideas and workflows visually, and it helps get alignment fast without overcomplicating things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features aren’t immediately obvious and can take a bit of time to discover if you don’t use the tool every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes abstract concepts easy to visualise. Rather than long text explanations, I can show exactly what I mean, which cuts down confusion and speeds up work.
Creating network diagrams fast with great flexibility of flow presentation
What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of shapes and connectors that can be used to start creating a flowchart and the ability to drag-and-drop other elements allows for more instant editing of diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing that I dislike about Lucid currently it has all the features and functionalities compared against its alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is possible to draw pretty easily the network illustrations and UML diagrams that shows how digital assets are connected in the environment which has been able to ease the visualization of data and presentation in meetings.
Effortless Workflow Visualization with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I used the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create flowcharts for complex workflows, and it really helps in showcasing these workflows in an understandable format. I appreciate how easy it is to use and that the learning curve is very low. With Lucid, it was quick to make charts using arrows, boxes, and different icons, and downloading them is also straightforward. It's really great that I could sign up and start creating right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some download quality is super low. And constantly asking for upgrading plan can be annoying sometimes

WOW! Enjoying lots of flexibility in drawing diagrams with pre-built shapes and templates
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has all the features I need to create visual diagrams of workflows and organization trees. I like that I can drag and drop elements really fast and it has a solid library of charts that enables me to create workflows with administrative and creative areas. It is easy to export the diagram or leave it stored in the program’s cloud
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really have any cons about the software right now it can achieve about any sort of diagramming I can desire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to diagram the full journey of content from submission to review, editing, approval and publication. It also enables me to create org charts showing who reports to who across the editorial and production roles which removes authority confusion.
Great diagram tool that brings most of the required elements to quickly connect
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very robust tool to make diagrams and flow charts that structure the route of a project visually. I really like the responsiveness of each shape after being placed or modified within the drawing board which makes connecting different sections of a diagram very easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is very complete for what it really allows me to do, the performance is good and it has not shown me any signs of disappointments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing room dimensions to determine the optimal placement of equipment has been my greatest achievement with this tool. I have achieved efficient space planning without any struggles and easy sharing of designs with clients.
Lucid offers a fantastic canvas with the exact elements to quickly create presentable process charts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has all the needed shapes and functions to create process flows, diagrams and presentation charts and work can be done in collaboration with the entire team in real-time. With its simplified interface and insanely powerful visual tools, even complex diagrams feel simple and fun to create and it actually makes me maintain creative momentum.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid doesn’t have any flaws that I can think of at this time, it’s my favorite and most used design tool without limitation in use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the platform I use to create flowcharts that visualize the flow of training programs from enrollment to content delivery and assessments. The charts make everything easy to follow so we are able to quickly highlight areas for improvement in training delivery.
Fantastic solution offering easy to create and very useful flowcharts, UML and network diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to design any diagram since it provides me with various diagram shapes and drag and drop feature for all its components. I also like the ability to export the diagrams in different formats which makes these diagrams extremely useful when illustrating processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never had an issue with features glitching or files getting lost or being corrupted, so this tool checks all the boxes for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It becomes very useful when creating visual representations of data flow in our databases and also allows me to clearly map network infrastructure to identify vulnerability points to ensure security policies are implemented at that exact point.
