What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is an reliable business intelligence platform that is capable of drilling down data in a matter of second's and fetching the right data unlike other similar platforms.
Also I like it's Artificial Intelligence technique that helps us to discover actionable insights from our data sources.
Also I like how fast it is since it has it's own memory.
Has amazing customer support that keeps one to enjoy to work with this amazing platform.

Has alot of values features like access control,easy data share, download and schedule's.
With it you can easily create your own reporting with graph's and charts and get complex summaries.

What do you like best about the product?
Thoughtspot allows our users to access insights themselves without the friction of a development cycle. The rapid access allows us to solve problems faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing right now - the Thoughtspot consulting and sales team has helped us solve all challenges.

I am primarily responsible for manufacturing analytics
from weeks to seconds

time saving for bi developers and end-users to get answers in seconds. live boards replace powerpoint presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
data is accessible in every way to everybody instead of vetted/approved dashboards displaying accurate data. if your data is not accurate and users are not familiar with it they cant spot errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
adhoc requests can be reduced to a minimum, dashboards become obsolete so quickly when you have new questions.

the cost is high for the use cases. Should also work directly out of mongo db as well.

Allows the user to get to very granular details.

TS does not match similar search functionality as able on Google search (asking a simple question).

Testing POCs at this time to pinpoint demand forecast opportunities at a market/store level.
Speed, Scalability & Access
What do you like best about the product?
With ThoughtSpot, users have much easier access to data. They're able to see data that, before, they may not even have known existed. This improves data literacy and allows new and different types of analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be slightly easier functionality with copy/pasting out of ThoughtSpot in a table format. Sometimes there's ad hoc work that needs to be done on the fly in a spreadsheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ThoughtSpot allows me to be much more agile in my analysis of operational KPIs. As I forecast financially what I expect our business to deliver, I need granular data to understand impact of new SKUS, promotions, regions, pricing and loyalty.
