What do you like best about the product?
Portal is organized. It's really to navigate and look for recent tickets and calls. Provides easy access for call back and shows the time table for all the team members.
It provides an efficient way for users to submit tickets after hours. Team members work can be easily tracked.
recording of calls stands out, that really helps in troubleshooting the user issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We come across an issue for scheduling team members. It didn't fully integrate for a week schedule. Two members were crossing on one day.
Desktop interface of the should be little bit more improved.
Should provide an SSO option as well for integration.
Celllphone application can be little bit more organized. Everyone in team shouldn't be able to hear the call except the team lead or manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this for IT alerting and our on call schedule for weekends and after 6.
I would recommend it for any small to medium team. It gives a full escalation matrix as well. If concerned person doesn't pick the call or if doesnt respond back call is escalated to the team lead.
Queue is neatly organized. Our team really likes it. Provides a easy number to uses to call in and register a ticket.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
everyone should try this for once. It's a good application for IT alerting. Logs in time. Shows all the schedule. Really handy application to use for on call small to medium teams.

Much more granular access to requests and servers.

  • December 15, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Enables much more granular access than regular access management schemes to specific tasks. For instance, you are able to will need a method administrator to run a request of a particular subset of server machines which does require high privileges. However, not allow them to get permission to access other DC/group services. We are able to provide non-technical users with an easy form using the drop-down menu in order to select settings and also in order to establish variables for things without understanding the scripts which are underlying.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is tough to configure SSH access, keys, passwords etc. for a similar task when dealing with a combined auth environment. Often, individual projects are needed and then simplify auth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without getting administrative access to point applications, servers and utilities, we need just supply groups of owners with a chance to access certain administrative tasks. For return-to-service jobs we usually use Rundeck. We offer Rundeck a request for work to immediately fix the issue based on checking alarm for our monitoring methods for instance. This reduced the quantity of time spent on regular tasks by our frontline administrators.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Rundeck is a good tool in case you want something for assigning duties to organizations in a simple way or perhaps you're keen on going back to service automation.

What do you like best about the product?
We think plugin environment is the most a plugin and important functionality can be obtained for it all. And otherwise we can dive deep and walk on the Linux shell. Rundeck really is light and extremely sound, we've numerous uses, with Ansible playbooks currently being applied in the environment of ours, terraform projects currently being applied, Jenkins integration, Rundeck + Slac + Chatbot chatbot integration, so that the users of ours could rapidly supply a job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The easier to adjust the token is a user authentication. Integration with GIT to. An infrarrow code method must be a lot supported inside a declarative template for project or perhaps job creation. A plugin from Kubernetes might be more successful, maybe to converge on cnfc incubator tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A variety of conflicts are resolved with workflows, cloud based developments, Cluster based operations of Kubernetes, several Ansible playbooks as well as terraform projects. Deal with Google Cloud with Google SDK + Shell functions from Rundeck. The option function is very fantastic and also can make the Rundeck + integration even more accurate for the users of mine. Help me to transform my efemeral Rundeck Import/Export git plug-in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Rundeck is a great tool which enables you to put the jobs of yours with a couple of minutes. The procedure for workflow is simple and intuitive to use. By default, the Ansible plugin is fitted and will expand the functions Rundeck.
