Superhuman: Speedy and Efficient but Needs Better Calendar Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the seamless setup process of Superhuman, which quickly integrated my accounts and organized my inbox efficiently. The lightweight framework and key shortcuts enhance my email management, saving me hours daily. The platform's speed is impressive, making it an indispensable tool for managing both sales and personal emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like combined email view or not email view rather, but calendar view. I would like to use it as a calendar app more. And I think right now, the calendar features are lacking, unfortunately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman enhances my time management through smart email handling, saving me hours with its lightweight framework, key shortcuts, and inbox prioritization, all boosting my productivity.
Clean, beautiful, uncluttered UI
What do you like best about the product?
What I love more than anything about Superhuman is the clean, beautiful, uncluttered UI. There are no distracting buttons, icons, or unnecessary elements — just the message, which is exactly how I want to engage with email. Superhuman’s minimalist aesthetic helps me focus on communication rather than the interface. I want the interface to recede not shout at me.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Superhuman excels in many areas, I’d really appreciate more control over the font options in the UI, especially given my focus on text. Even better would be the inclusion of a dyslexia-friendly font to support accessibility — my husband is dyslexic, and this would make a real difference for him and others.
Also, a split-screen message list + conversation view, like Shortwave offers, would be a great optional feature for those who want to triage messages while previewing content at the same time. It’s a minor thing, but it would enhance flexibility.
I’m appreciate the cost can be a barrier for some. For me, though, it’s simple: email is my main work tool, so I want to use the best platform available. You get what you pay for — and Superhuman delivers.

The keyboard-driven work flow let's me power thorugh work without leaving the keyboard. This give me better flow and productivity. The speed, design, and overall usability — especially in the iOS app — are best in class.
The mobile interface mimics messaging apps in a way that makes reading and following conversations on a smaller screen intuitive and elegant, while still being fully functional. It's a super-enjoyable and engaging iteration of Superhuman.
The snooze, reminder, and auto-reply features are incredibly useful — they help me triage quickly and keep my inbox focused on what matters, saving me hours each week. I also use split inbox to separate urgent from non-urgent messages and rely heavily on read status to guide follow-ups.
I work as the Deputy MD of a small hospitality grou. My role has a strong people focus, so I use email constantly to connect with employees. Superhuman helps me maintain clarity, flow, and responsiveness. I don’t subscribe to the “I hate email” mindset which stems from bad email hygiene, cluttered interfaces, and lack of prioritisation. Superhuman eliminates all of that.
SH's rigorous workflows, reminders, and focus on clean communication mean I never lose track of replies, and I always stay engaged with what matters. I’m processing emails more efficiently, staying out of the weeds, and working with greater clarity and intention.

Superboost to Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use
Sheer speed that you get with your mailbox
And the degree of control it brings to your work
It was a few minutes to get started, and the tutorials from the team came in super handy. My speed has been increasing with every passing week, and it's now my only way to operate.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be made better. Especially now with GenAI making Appscripts easy to use, I'm unsure if the same price is commandable any more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is helping me fly through my mailbox. As a nature of my role (Head of Growth for a scaled and complex business), I work across the leaderships of business units, and have critical internal and external stakeholders. Previously, I was getting buried in my mailbox, but Superhuman helped me get organized, separate the urgent and important from the rest, and stay on top of critical threads with reminders and other features.
Super Clean Email Client for Heavy Mail Users
What do you like best about the product?
I love Superhuman's clean interface - it definitely makes reading and responding to emails a lot more manageable by allowing you to focus on the messages that matter most. It does a good job of auto-categorizing my messages, although I'm still trying to figure out how best to utilize the auto-labels vs. split inboxes. The centralized snippets also make it easy to edit and update any mail templates as compared to Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is great for users who need to send/receive large volumes of email, and I don't think I have an extremely high volume of emails at this point to really maximize the monthly subscription cost.
I'm also unsure if the read receipts/recent opens function is accurate - there have been instances where I felt that it was tracked as open due to the recipient's mail client opening it instead of when the reader actually opened the message. The team was helpful when I asked about investigating the recent opens, so that was much appreciated.

Effective Email Management but Integration Lacking
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Superhuman’s ability to effectively manage critical and non-critical emails, reducing stress and allowing me to prioritize tasks more efficiently. The 'save until later' and archiving features are particularly useful for organizing my workflow. The split inbox feature enhances my productivity by categorizing emails based on topics and urgency, making it easier to focus on what’s important.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the setup for the second inbox challenging, as it did not guide me through a tutorial like it did for the first inbox. Navigating split inboxes with the keyboard is difficult, and I find myself using a mouse, which breaks the otherwise keyboard-oriented workflow. Additionally, I am disappointed by the lack of integration between Superhuman and Notion, which would allow me to save emails into Notion for reference. Lastly, the cost of $30 per month for an email client seems excessive, especially when compared to getting similar AI-related email features for free in Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman to manage critical and noncritical emails, effectively reducing my stress by prioritizing emails by topic and urgency, and minimizing spam distractions.
Superhuman has completely transformed the way I manage email.
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has completely transformed the way I manage email. The keyboard shortcuts, clean interface, and blazing-fast performance make it feel effortless to stay on top of my inbox. I love how focused and intentional the experience is—it's not just email, it's productivity fuel.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike, but the price can be a barrier for some. I’d also love to see deeper integrations with a few more third-party tools I use daily. The AI features are helpful but not always the most intuitive to use—sometimes it takes a few tries to get what I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me reply faster, stay on top of follow-ups, and get through emails more efficiently with powerful shortcut keys. It takes the stress out of email by making the entire experience faster, smoother, and more intentional—so I can focus on what really matters.
Great tool for heavy email users
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to get adicted to the app! I love 4 attributes: 1) the auto-draft as reminders (so I don't drop the ball), 2) the automatic addition to folks when I use the +name shortcut, 3) the automatic pulling of my calendar on the right when I mention a day, and 4) the auto-introduction shortcut, where it automatically greet and thanks appropriate people and put them in bcc
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit pricey but worth every penny in my opinion. Also it could do a better job at using my voice when it drafts emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time in email (I would say I spend 1.5 hours on emails per day thanks to Superhuman instead of 2 hours without it).
Superhuman has transformed my relationship with email.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it makes getting through my email quick and easy. It reminds me to follow up on emails when I don't get a response. It also incorporates AI and has a much better search.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't figure out how to create Auto Labels. I tried a couple times and gave it. Maybe there's a knowledge base that explains things but I couldn't quickly find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to spend a lot of time trying to get through my emails every morning. It wasn't unsual to spend several hours tyring to track down information to reply to people and sift through all the unimportant messages. Now I get through all my emails first and save the emails that need time dedicated to them last. That way I know where the priorities are, and I can act accordingly. I'm in charge of my time, not the emails.
