What do you like best about the product?
I use Zscaler Internet Access primarily to secure and control internet traffic, and I've noticed significant benefits in eliminating security risks from web and cloud traffic. I love its cloud-native security that doesn't compromise on performance, which is crucial for maintaining efficiency. The Secure Web Gateway and Cloud Firewall are specific features that I value the most, as they provide robust security without hindering the internet access. The initial setup was great and smooth for my team, which speaks volumes about its user-friendly deployment. We switched from Cisco Umbrella to Zscaler Internet Access because it offers more benefits, and I am highly satisfied, as evident by my willingness to recommend it with a perfect score of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find SSL inspection with Zscaler Internet Access to be quite complex, specifically regarding certificate deployment and trust issues. Additionally, there are occasional latency or performance issues that can disrupt the smooth functioning of the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zscaler Internet Access to eliminate security risks from web and cloud traffic, achieving cloud-native security with no performance trade-offs.

What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler Internet Access have Easy to Use, Easy of imlementation and frequency of use Business Software, I'm working as hospitality industry and we are using ZOOM software of Zscaler Internet Access which is best and Easy of integration and have alot of number of features

Zscaler Internet Access needs to be work on customer support because some time we are getting reply very late from Zscaler Internet Access. Overall our experience is very good

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zscaler Internet Access is cloud-based, eliminating the need for a VPN tunnel. This feature simplifies our operations considerably, as it allows for seamless internet access monitoring and management without additional infrastructure. I appreciate how effectively it prevents access to malicious sites and ensures that only legitimate sites are accessible, enhancing our security posture. The IP-based signature feature and the ability to manage sites as trusted hosts greatly secure user traffic, making it less problematic for users. Additionally, I find the solution's capacity to manage and monitor user access across devices through features like MDM to be extremely valuable, despite a few challenges with it. The initial setup of Zscaler Internet Access was very easy, which made the transition smoother and more efficient. Overall, these capabilities contribute immensely to our organization's ability to safeguard internet usage and manage devices effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have faced problems related to the mobile device management (MDM) within Zscaler Internet Access. The app control feature in particular seems to have challenges. It seems like the MDM functionality isn't as robust or user-friendly as I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zscaler Internet Access to manage internet access, preventing malicious sites, securing user traffic without VPN, managing devices centrally, and accessing only legitimate sites effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
ZIA is the most advanced solution in Cloud security it is totally cloud based so no headache of appliances. It offers comprehensive web security with advance features like URL filtering, SSL inspection, antivirus and DLP in one platform, also seamless integration with identity providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little complex policy configuration if any new admin is working on he can find it difficult to work on it as small mistakes can create the web traffic access issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before ZIA security was dependent on on-prem firewalls or you can say on perimeter firewalls but now ZIA provides direct access to cloud internet with full secure access, as faster access to internet and reduced MPLS costs to organisations.

The like best about Zscaler Internet Access provides secure internet access for users that can control and drop traffics through the Zscaler cloud platform and it can also protect users from malware, ransomware, phishing and threats

The dislike about Zscaler Internet Access have latency and slow in web browsing, it's license is expensive, especially for large enterprises and it's need time and training for fully leverage all features.

Using Zscaler, can easily manage user traffic, enforce security policies, protect against threats like malware and phishing, control access to cloud applications, monitor internet usage, and ensure secure, fast connections form any location.

The platform’s Zero Trust model, backed by real-time threat prevention, ensures every connection is inspected and verified without compromising user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike. The only minor challenge is that fine-tuning advanced policies requires a bit of hands-on familiarity, but once configured, the environment runs flawlessly and needs minimal maintenance.

By replacing traditional firewalls and proxies with a cloud-native model, it eliminates bottlenecks and improves speed for remote and on-premises users alike. Comprehensive Security Solution with Top-Notch Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Zscaler Internet Access for eliminating the need for hardware-based proxies, which has significantly simplified our network infrastructure and reduced complexity. The centralized management for Internet traffic across various geographic locations has made it much easier and cost-efficient. I find the diverse features extremely valuable, from cloud scalability and bandwidth control to advanced security features like DLP, firewall, antivirus, and IPS, all integrated into a single management pane. The seamless transition with professional services was smooth, and the security dashboard provides excellent visibility into our security posture, enhancing user-based security rather than relying solely on IP addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find any negative thing apart from the geographical restrictions that some geographies put on the Zscaler cloud nodes because they see quite a lot of traffic coming from the same source, public subnets. Considering that this may be malicious content, some geographies tend to block it based on their RAF rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler Internet Access eliminates the need for hardware proxies, reducing network complexity. It offers centralized management for internet-bound traffic, enhancing ease and cost efficiency. It provides robust security for networks and remote users, backed by comprehensive dashboard visibility.
Great Features and Excellent Support with DNS Control and ATP
What do you like best about the product?
I found the number of features, such as DNS Control Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) to be quite appealing, and the support is excellent along with the one of the best technical supports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost slightly higher otherwise nothing is wrong right now. We have been using this for three years, so if there are any issues, we will contact Zscaler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are achieving our business use case along with improved defense against phishing, malware, and zero-day threats—including those that are hidden in encrypted traffic. There is less room for lateral movement within networks.

I like that ZIA provides consistent security for both office and remote users without complicated hardware setups. The cloud-based inspection of web and cloud traffic, including SSL, helps keep our network safe from malware and phishing attempts. Some specialized or legacy applications occasionally require extra configuration. For new admins, the breadth of features can take time to fully understand, and minor delays may occur when users switch networks.

I like how ZIA secures our users’ Internet and SaaS traffic without needing heavy on-premises appliances. The cloud-based approach makes deployment straightforward, and the system automatically updates threat intelligence in real-time. It gives clear visibility into web usage and security events, which is very helpful for compliance and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, some legacy applications don’t work well with Zscaler’s proxy, requiring exceptions or additional configuration. The learning curve for new admins can be a bit steep, and understanding all the advanced policy options takes time.

ZIA ensures that all users are protected from malware, phishing, and data leaks, whether they are at home or in the office. It reduces the dependency on traditional firewall appliances, lowers network complexity, and improves overall security posture.
