Seamless integration, easy to replicate to on-prem and offsite locations, and built-in testing capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the replication to AWS, the only downside is if there is any corruption, it requires a new re-base of the local as well as offsite when using the storage tier option.

Reliable backups and ransomware protection.

In the beginning, our backups would complain of an error we could not fix. The backup was working, but we wanted to have them 100% error free.
After a call with support we got the error to go away, and backups jobs have been flawless ever since.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything me (or our org) does not like about Veeam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data security and redundancy.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about VEEAM is with 1 license, you get 10 instances/VMs to backup. It also does not limit the number of backup repositories you may choose. You can have multiple repositories. Also, it's very affordable compared to it's competitors. Easy to deploy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of a physical appliance, but it is also it's strength since you can deploy it anywhere (physical, virtual machine, on-cloud) and also store backup to almost all storages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has deduplication and compression, which easily declutters backup data VS native backup. Incremental backups also help save storage capacity. This means less time is needed to clean up data and more time to do other tasks.
Veeam has just worked since installation and setup, no intervention needed

Easy installation and setup. The method to add HyperV clusters and associated servers is simple and worked straight away

Lack of simple, clean dashboard on loading that displays job and server status

I was looking for a simple way to create some additonal backups of critical HyperV servers that are part of a cluster, and could be installed locally utilizing the large amounts of storage already within the server
Very simple to configure and use

Very quick , detailed reports nad fast options to restore anything.

In my opinion not simply menu. Sometimes hard to implementation.

Backup files, servers and VM's. Very simple to restore one files, one database, or everything you can!

The Veeam Backup is the best solution in the world, because it is easy to use and all solutions integrated with the product such as SOBR (Backup Tier) .

I don't dislike but I suggest more training to licensing.

Linux agents cannot send email notifications so far.

Backups.
Ability to restore a file, a folder, a volume or complete VM is great. Other than that, instant Veeam Recovery option form backups directly is something which is taking lead from all other backup softwares.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a very easy to use solution, you really don't have to be a storage expert to be able to use this tool. The dashboard is so well structured that everything is made easy.

There are not many workshops and webinars,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a backup repository very easy to manage, and to make configurations for tuning, it is really very easy. The ways of connection are common iSCSI and SMB.
