Simply the best backup software for virtualized estate
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility and control of backups, automatic backup testing and virtual lab, integration with NetApp
What do you dislike about the product?
Yet to find anything we dislike, however it would be great if the write splitting replication was released to take on Zerto
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complicated backup estate led to reduced control, Veeam solves this and needs little feeding and watering. Complete confidence in DR strategy now.

What do you like best about the product?
Veeam offers Backup and more for physical an virtual Environments with high reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Veeam focuses on greater environments. Some functions might be useful in small environments, but licensing is quite expensive in smaller environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can use one single product for multiple different business cases. Transparent licensing and great reliability.

We using VEEAM Availability Suite for all our backup(on prem,cloud, cross sites).
In this weeks we request a support to optimize our infrastructure.
We discovered a lot of features very very interesting.

Currently Veeam don't bring us problems in Backup/restore. Support is exelente and any operator has a great knowledge

Very helpful license / sales team in Australia.
Veeam Backup and Replication is easy in configuration.
It is very easy to manage due to user friendly interface and hints.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would be grate to have L3 support in Australia in addition to overseas L3 team.
Same is for licensing. Any license change can be done by License department in Romania and/or Russia whereas Australian licensing team can only advise / invoice you.

Ongoing online backup of VMware cluster and a number of standalone HyperV hosts at remote sites

Don't hesitate moving to Veeam, it's awesome backup solution for virtual environment(s) with addition to make backup of physical servers. Definitely one of the best on the market of Backup Solutions

What do you like best about the product?
Veeam design for non technical can operation system. with veeam backup, we do not lost more time for system. Use Veeam Backup & Replication to protect up to 10 VMs, cloud instances, physical servers or workstations. Can protect your production environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. If I had to come up with a con it would be the cost. Veeam isn't cheap. But then again, I think the stats are something like 40% of businesses who lose most or all of their data are out of business in less than a year. Compare the cost of Veeam to the cost of losing your companies data and it won't seem that expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Restore: easy and simple, downtime really less more than before. The assurance that the possibility of a total loss of my data is as close to zero as it can be.

Veeam is super easy to install and use on a daily basis. It has made small jobs so much easier now that we know they are backed up

Like every software, it has some quirks here and there but outpaces the competition

Backups are easy, restores are easy and if required the technical support is great

I have used sure backup and it works well, but it’s not the most intuitive part of Veeam.

Product Review - Veeam Backup
What do you like best about the product?
The fast Backup and Recovery times. Different Levels of Backups like Disk to Disk and Disk to Tape and Backup to Cloud, everything is under one roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment which I can say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup Virtual machines. The fast backup and recovery times depending on a single file or a full Virtual machine is the greatest benefit.
