Simple and effective tool that works well
What do you like best about the product?
Veeam is super easy to install and use on a daily basis. It has made small jobs so much easier now that we know they are backed up

Like every software, it has some quirks here and there but outpaces the competition

I have used sure backup and it works well, but it’s not the most intuitive part of Veeam.

Product Review - Veeam Backup
What do you like best about the product?
The fast Backup and Recovery times. Different Levels of Backups like Disk to Disk and Disk to Tape and Backup to Cloud, everything is under one roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment which I can say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup Virtual machines. The fast backup and recovery times depending on a single file or a full Virtual machine is the greatest benefit.

This program allows excellent backup and restore of our systems, whether endpoints or servers.

Automated reporting for job completion or failure, easy setup of jobs, and Hyper-V integration make it a key solution for our data-center.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model can be a bit confusing at first and hold times for support are a little long, though not out of scope for a large company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are maintaining our backups and failsafes for our webservers, dataservers, and production operation servers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take the time to set it all the way up and test it before letting it do it's thing. Worth the time to ensure a rock solid backup solution.
Dependable Software
What do you like best about the product?
The Veeam software is very dependable and "It Just Works!"! When we end up needing support the support department is very quick to respond and resolve the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much we could say we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WIth Veeam we feel that we are more prepared to survive in the event of a disaster.
Veeam Endpoint Backup - Best Endpoint Backup Software Currently On The Market
What do you like best about the product?
it just works. Easy to use. Good tech support. Updates are easy to apply. User guide is good. I have no issues. Central management is also nice and well integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I used to use acronis endpoint and it was horrible. I had nothing but issues. After switching to veeam I have no endpoint backup issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are backing up critical endpoints that control infrastructure equipment. I now have the ability to recover files and do a bare metal restore. I also have the ability to do a quick backup before vendors apply software patches / updates which allows me to roll back in case of issues. The software has exceeded my expectations .

Buy it. You will not be disappointed.
Veeam - One of the best Backup softwares
What do you like best about the product?
Veeam is definitely one of the best backup soft wares available in the market. Compared to all other backup soft wares Veeam is feature rich and more reliable. Backups are done in no time and the process of recovering data is pretty easy. The installation and maintenance is pretty easy and the over all process is hassle free. The backup tasks run in parallel to same storage and backups complete in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really so much to dislike about this product except for the Licensing cost. It is expensive compared to several other backup soft wares available in the market but trust me, it is worth the expenses though. One limitation with Veeam is, you cannot directly back up the servers to a network attached storage. We had some difficulties getting it work with a tape library but final the support is helpful enough to get it up and running
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We back up daily several hundreds of servers which are kept on the attached storages and also maintain offsite backups with Veeam by sending the backups to tape library. We used to have several issues with old backup software we used to use and there support was awful. Their support engineers used to connect to our system but unable to figure out the issue. With Veeam we never had to contact support till date. I recommend this product to all enterprise level agencies. It is worth the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
The Veeam Availability Suite is the perfect software, offers all the feature you can think of and works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is very high for most small to medium business making it less likely to be adopted. Still need other licenses and have other costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have trialled the product but we found unsuitable because of the high costs of implementing it.

Great product and if you have the budget for it don't hesitate.
