Easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The Veeam suite is very user friendly, in the sense that it is very easy to figure out how to do what you need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I understand, it is not compatible with some systems, such as K1000 which runs on FreeBSD
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up all of our virtual machines so that we have both redundancy and replicas that we can run on in case of a crash
Amazing Backup
What do you like best about the product?
The speed of data backup as well as reliability

Everything is amazing, but the speed to restore backup is as fast as backup

Corporate backup, the compact of data size and speed

I've used on trial bases many software and Veeam is the best userfriendly to manage, both locally as well as remotely

Would love to see a mobile app where I could view and verify my backup jobs at any time.

Backing up multiple servers daily and recovering files as needed. Works consistently and provides clear notifications.
Good Program

For the most part you can just set it up and leave it alone for backups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI was a bit hard to learn at first.

Virtualized server backups are much simpler now.
The finial piece of the puzzle, Veeam Endpoint closes the loop
What do you like best about the product?
Veeam Endpoint Backup is the product you've been waiting for. VEEAM's awesome products and technology, finally available for non-virtual systems. For years Veeam has been the best backup product around unquestionable, but it lacked a big piece of the entire backup ecosystem by being solely focused on virtualization. With endpoint backup, you can backup anything any time any where to your existing veeam infrastructure or to a cloud provider directly without anything onsite. Endpoint backup bridges the gap between virtual and physical servers, desktop PCs, AIX and other strange non-virtual endpoints you may have. Like all VEEAM software, it just works. There's even a free version that gets you 75% of the paid features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for Windows systems older than 2008 R2 is not present, but you shouldn't be using them anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to backup all systems anywhere no matter what they are is critical to any business. VEEAM is the best of the best in backup

There isn't much of anything better, VEEAM does it all and it does it right.
Excellent Backup/DR software
What do you like best about the product?
Veeam is extremely easy to use. I've used several backup solutions throughout my career, and Veeam is by far the best. It's integration with VMware is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tape backup implementation. Getting the tape library drivers to work with Veeam was a bit of a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup of all servers and offsite replication
Better more manageable backups in a shorter time-slot
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and well laid out, everything is explained well and the help resources are second to none. Support is great and very responsive. The minimal issues we've had have been resolved very quickly usually on the first contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have is the way licensing is handled, their licensing portal could use some work as keys and downloads are kind of a pain to get to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup of 90+ VMs in under 4 hours. Competing products didn't come anywhere close.

What do you like best about the product?
Veeam Backup and Replication is easy to use, performs flawlessly, and support is excellent. The interface is intuitive to use. I have not needed to use support too many time with this product because of the ease of use and how well the product performs. Response from support is fast and questions are answered quickly. They do their best to assist you whenever it is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application and ongoing support costs are a little pricey, but in this case you do get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to backup Vmware VM's as well as using an agent to backup physical servers or encrypted servers and have the ability to restore down to the file level. Monitoring is easy. Backups work consistently. Restoring is easy and fast.

It is worth your time to investigate this product. Free trials are available.
Very easy DR solution
What do you like best about the product?
If you worked with Veeam before, then the Veeam DRaaS solution is very easy to setup and maintain. The ease of getting your DR up-and-running is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not too much things I can think of about Veeam DRaaS to dislike.

Complete DR solution tested and up-and-running!
