Easy-to-Use Sales Hub That Boosts Team Performance and Productivity

What do you like best about the product?
We use it to support the following sales tasks: lead management across multiple reps, account management, contact management, opportunity and deal management, and tracking all of our sales metrics, KPIs, and overall results.

Overall it helps with improving our performance as a team, across pre-sales to customer success teams and helping with support and client onboarding. It also has great UX and its easy to use and set-up. It also integrates with other tools in our tech stack to manage other areas as one. Plus AI features these days are especially to keep improving productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to get your team set up and using it efficiently, even with all the integrations and AI features. Once you get the hang of it, though, it’s pretty easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It essentially brings together all the sales work that would normally live across multiple tools and puts it into one place—a single source of truth, if you will. I only have to be in one place and look at a few dashboards to get all the metrics I need.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Agentforce Sales is how it automates repetitive tasks and uses AI to make the sales process smarter. It saves time on things like follow-ups and data entry, so sales teams can focus more on closing deals and building customer relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Agentforce Sales is that it can feel a bit complex and overwhelming at first, especially for new users. The setup and customization also take time and sometimes require technical knowledge. Additionally, it can be quite expensive for smaller teams or businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales helps solve problems like scattered customer data, manual follow-ups, and time-consuming admin work. By bringing everything into one platform and automating routine tasks, it saves time and improves efficiency. This helps me focus more on engaging with customers and closing deals faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The leads management, customer data handling is very easy with Agentforce Sales / Salesforce sales cloud. I like most about this crm software is that it's dashboard feature is helping us to reduce manual task and perform better as tracking/monitoring is very easy with this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is difficult to use at first as it required proper training. Without training it is worthless to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are using Salesforce sales cloud so we are getting better visbilty for all processes. Multiple client handling, manging.multile data with minimum resources is possible with this crm software this ultimately helping to improved productivity and performance.

What do you like best about the product?
It fits smoothly into day-to-day sales work without feeling heavy or forced. Setup and configuration are quick, and it also offers an API for integration with bank back-end systems. Overall, it helps sales teams stay focused on selling instead of spending time maintaining the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel complex for new users. The customization options are powerful, but you’ll likely need admin and IT support to set things up and manage it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to work for Veritas. When the two major tech companies, Veritas and Semantic, merged, we were using different CRM systems. Moving to an on-demand CRM turned out to be a solid decision, and it made it easier for the two companies to consolidate everything into a single CRM system.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about Agentforce Sales is that it's easy to use. It compiles all the information, which allows me to be more efficient. It's valuable because it saves me time to locate a customer and answer any questions they may have, as all the data is in one spot. I find the setup to be very easy as well. I've never had any real issues with it, and it's pretty thorough. For me, it's basic and straightforward.

It sometimes runs slow

What do you like best about the product?
I’d say the biggest ROI/value is the breadth of tools, plug-ins, and features that help track past and current customers and prospects, along with the ability to communicate status across the organization. This helps maximize performance and minimize unnecessary memos and meetings. The UI allows us to navigate seamlessly across tools and offerings in a single pane of glass. Add in the Intelligence and you've got a great tool to help run a sales organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t see any immediate fixes needed or anything that requires attention right now. The tool is great as is and you can get support ./ training to maximize ROI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps solve the communication gap. Our team is spread out, and the go-to has usually been meetings and memos. When the data is clean, we’re able to find the answers ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
Agentforce Sales is one of the best places to keep track of all our data and activity. We use Salesforce for marketing automation and customer relationship management, and it helps us stay organized and on top of what’s happening with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s too complex to understand, especially when it comes to generating reports. I’d also like to see some AI features included that could guide me on my next steps. In a few cases, it also doesn’t automatically track activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its ai agent can automatically handle and keep tracks of tasks such as lead engagement, answering product queries, scheduling meetings, and analyzing customer data. This reduces repetitive work, improves response speed, and helps ensure no opportunities are missed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it acts as an proactive partner by enabling representatives to focus on building connections instead of spending time managing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s mainly the price. The outcome- or conversation-based pricing can make it challenging to forecast the budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I had was customer acquisition cost. Previously, I had to hire about 10% more salespeople just to grow by 10%. Now I’m seeing a reduction in that cost, since digital agents can handle the high-volume outreach.
