Sales Cloud can be configured to the needs and requirements of your industry/vertical. It allows us to make life of our users, sales agents and managers, easier, more efficient and less frustrating.
With AI being the future la, Salesforce has already prepared its product to conquer this new era for all their clients. Big things are coming and Salesforce stays in front of it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing can be come and pricing steep, especially before you know what you can actually get done with it. Addons and integration work can also call for steep side costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping agents to meet their clients where they are, with all essential information and effectively closing deals. Managers also can stay on top and plan for months ahead.

Sales Cloud allows me to capture leads and their contact information and associate sales opportunities within each with ease.

The two-step verification logim process.

It is a platform enabling me to share my sales dashboard with my peers.

I've used Sales cloud for about 7 years across multiple companies and industries. The flexibility and customizations it offers for different sales teams and processes is unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Salesforce is that is is more expensive than other CRM offerings

Sales cloud has given us the ability to centralize our sales processes with the flexibility we needed. It is also giving us a view into our sales performance that has been almost impossible to achieve before.
