Easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a business background, getting started with Sales Cloud is so easy. Almost everything you need is available through Trailhead or communities. Being able to customize for your business, and change it later makes it easy to support after lessons learned.

Managing the complexities of existing processes from ERP to MDM solutions can be challenging when an object is used heavily.
