360 customer view. Automation is fabulous. Cant wait to build my first Agent!!

No downside to Salesforce Sales Cloud. Great product.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of different versions and adding on additional capabilities such as in our case the Einstein capabilities and digital engagement can result in a high cost for a small company like us

Being able to have an accurate view of our pipeline plus 360 view of our clients

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud gives you all the tools you need to deliver what is needed to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. Salesforce is very customizable so it can be tuned to work for all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of leads and guiding you all the way to opportunity win.

What do you like best about the product?
No sales process? No problem! For sales teams struggling with a consistent process, Sales Cloud has default setup yoi can use from day 1. The most helpful thing is customization is not required.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a robust tool and can seem overwhelming. But unused features can be hidden or turned off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Advanced Opportunity management and easily capturing ROI when used with Campaigns.

It helps my reps be efficient. We have increased our lead time significantly.
