Performance Issues: Some users experience slow load times with large data sets. Frequent updates and new features can make it hard to keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead and Opportunity Management, Track the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Love all the standard pre built functionalities which makes Sales people life easier without waiting months to get the solution customized from scratch
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations that we have with standard functionalities like existing standard functionalities are not allowed to edit and upgrade with the customized plan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves a number of common challenges in sales management, making life easier for sales teams and businesses. For starters, it streamlines the entire sales process, helping track leads, manage opportunities, and close deals faster. Instead of juggling spreadsheets or disconnected tools, everything is in one place, which boosts productivity and keeps everyone on the same page.

For me, as a Salesforce developer, it's been a huge benefit because I can work with a powerful platform that is highly customizable. I get to build out solutions that fit the specific needs of my team or clients, whether that’s automating repetitive tasks, integrating external systems, or creating tailored reports. Ultimately, Sales Cloud takes a lot of the manual work out of the equation, so I can focus on more strategic development work and delivering real value through custom solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
We have so much customisation on our Sales cloud for customer support and user management flows, the most that I love is Flows
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like is we cannot have custom fields or any other customisation on ContentDocument object.

It helps in contracting, accounting and email tracking

Data-Driven Insights: With having the analytics integrated, Sales Cloud helps asset managers analyze client portfolios, predict future opportunities, and identify areas of risk.

Asset management firms often require particular customization of Sales Cloud to fit specific workflows and reporting requirements.

The integration with the asset management firms.

What do you like best about the product?
The recent improvements in automation and integration with external apps have really enhanced our sales workflow. I particularly like the new forecasting dashboard, which makes tracking opportunities and team performance much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could improve in terms of speed and user interface consistency. Some customization options still require too much technical knowledge, and the integration with Microsoft Office tools could be smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Defining on maintaining the pipeline that we have for opportunities
