What do you like best about the product?
Reports and Dashboards help me to keep my data all in one place in a visual format for everyone to see and drill down into.

I don't know enough yet. I know it has what need, bit I just need to discover it.

Salesforce Maps provides invaluable additional context through overlays of customer data and opportunities onto live maps.

We haven't found any downsides yet! It's fanatastic.

Salesforce maps' ability to overlay critical data on maps has provided us greater context for our business.

I started using Sales cloud this year and it already made the whole team more organized and productive. It's easier for tasks and Quota follow-ups.

I don't dislike anything about sales cloud so far. It really helped the team.
