The entire suite has been great to use, especially EAC.

Love everything, we have using sales cloud from very long time.

What do you like best about the product?
We use a managed package on the Sales Cloud for our grants Management, and have been happy for the past 8 years we've used it. Salesforce (and the sales cloud) is very customizable, and we've made several custom objects easily to fit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce can do so much, it can get overwhelming if you let it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our grants

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive. Easy to setup and get your team working. Easy to modify and enhance as business processes change.
What do you dislike about the product?
Native salesforce reports are the most challenging piece. Would be better if you could write sql into them directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all sales opportunities and understanding how what we win and lose and why so that we can close more.

What do you like best about the product?
It's definitely Leads Referrals and Opportunitties and their easy to use stages!
What do you dislike about the product?
Person account and business accounts how not unified they are as they transition between being referrals into actual clients

Keeping referrals and sales and clients all in one place with whole history of what happened

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its ability to centralize and automate the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to track leads and manage customer relationships, allowing for real-time data-driven decision-making. Additionally, its integration with other Salesforce tools and third-party applications makes it a flexible and scalable platform, ideal for sales teams of any size.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that, due to its extensive functionality and customization options, it can be overwhelming for new users or small businesses without prior CRM experience. The learning curve can be steep, and advanced configurations often require specialized technical support or external consulting. Additionally, the costs associated with customizations and licenses can increase considerably, especially if the company needs to adapt the platform to very specific processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is addressing several key issues related to sales management and customer relationships. Among the main challenges it tackles are the lack of visibility in the sales cycle, the difficulty in managing a high volume of leads, and the disconnection between sales and marketing teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows our customer companies to custom design their sales processes on a scalable, secure, and user friendly platform. With Sales Cloud I am able to get my users the data they need... as well as manage tools, inventory, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Approval processes could use a makeover. It's not a beautifully designed interface. Not intuitive for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quoting, integration of systems, docgen tools on the platform, sales processes, opportunity management, and more!
