Great tool for Sales Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud help our users toamage accounts, contacts, their opportunities and close them quickly. It also provides a base for customer support workflows for our organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some components like activities come with certain limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud help with customer account, contract and opportunity management.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Salesforce for 14 years now, and it's the most flexible and effective platform for managing leads, opportunities, campaigns, and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud specifically, the limitations on field tracking and the fact you need to explicitly turn it on. Adding Health Cloud and wanting to turn on person accounts, the field tracking is shared which is an issue and forcing us to consider buying more availability.
