What do you like best about the product?
As an architect who delivers solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, I love how simple it is to create tailored and engaging applications for end users
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt much to dislike about Sales Cloud!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud enables one shared, real-time source of truth for sales teams -- as opposed to manual external systems, such as spreadsheets, that are often used.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has great integrations with their other products. I'm in the process of launching Marketing Cloud and having started our CRM with Sales Cloud has made my job that much easier. All I had to do is use the Marketing Cloud Connector and ta-da.. I've got access to all of our important customer data. Low code. I'm not an engineer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many.. Maybe the UI is not as user friendly as maybe it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the sales process and housing data for our customers.
