I highly value the Salesforce Sales Cloud's reporting capabilities, which allow me to track opportunities, understand their stages, and support my team effectively. Furthermore, it enhances visibility and helps in structuring the sales process, which significantly benefits my business operations.

I find the product mainly enhances visibility and structures the sales process across my sales team, providing clear tracking of opportunities and their stages to support team actions.
Easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a business background, getting started with Sales Cloud is so easy. Almost everything you need is available through Trailhead or communities. Being able to customize for your business, and change it later makes it easy to support after lessons learned.

Managing the complexities of existing processes from ERP to MDM solutions can be challenging when an object is used heavily.

When we first started using Salesforce it gave us one place to manage accounts across multiple lines of business.
