What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is the most mature product to handle all the Sales workflows and now AI integration is a cherry on the top.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely is on an expensive side but maybe because of the value it brings to the table.

What do you like best about the product?
Enabling our underwrites to prospect and elminate chair swivel. The ability to utilize OOTB functionality and configuration is extremely helpful and enables us to implement quick solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
OOTB functionality doesn't always the meet our complex business needs across our organizations. We aim to stay away from custom solutions as this creates unnecessary tech debt.

The product evolution for education that changes every year, we have not been able to keep up with that
