Best sales tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to set up and use. With agentforce coming in, it would takes sales services to next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a bit difficult to comprehend and need improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is currently solving issues of understanding the market better and acts as a support for marketing cloud
Great solution for Sales Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The recent improvements in automation and integration with external apps have really enhanced our sales workflow. I particularly like the new forecasting dashboard, which makes tracking opportunities and team performance much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could improve in terms of speed and user interface consistency. Some customization options still require too much technical knowledge, and the integration with Microsoft Office tools could be smoother.

Defining on maintaining the pipeline that we have for opportunities
It’s a great too to bring together sales, service and parts department within our business.

Having the overlap between departments. Connects the customers behind the scenes with all our departments.

Have not found anything yet.so far everything is excellent.

Love the flexibility and customization for our Sales team to ensure a smooth and seamless sales process.

At this time, I haven't found anything wrong with it.

The ability to track and convert leads into real sales opportunities. The reporting and dashboards are a must as well with providing real data that points our AEs in the right direction.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Saes Cloud for 10 years across 5 different industries. I've tried other CRMs and it is unmatched. Salesforce is constantly releasing value add features that move you miles ahead of the competitors

You need to spend time to really understand all the books and crannies of the product.
