Salesforce helps you keep a comprehensive record of all interactions with customers. You can track customer history, preferences, and interactions to deliver a more personalized experience. This can improve customer satisfaction and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a game changer for all companies, no matter how large or small. We're on cloud nine in Sales Cloud and we know who our customers are and have just the plan to meet with them!
What do you dislike about the product?
We should have joined sooner, but better late than never!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce provides a full 360 view with your customers. Out of the box, with limited setup, it's ready to tackle so much. Then, you can customize as well! It's truly a win for your business.

The entire suite has been great to use, especially EAC.

Love everything, we have using sales cloud from very long time.

What do you like best about the product?
We use a managed package on the Sales Cloud for our grants Management, and have been happy for the past 8 years we've used it. Salesforce (and the sales cloud) is very customizable, and we've made several custom objects easily to fit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce can do so much, it can get overwhelming if you let it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our grants

Intuitive. Easy to setup and get your team working. Easy to modify and enhance as business processes change.
What do you dislike about the product?
Native salesforce reports are the most challenging piece. Would be better if you could write sql into them directly.

Tracking all sales opportunities and understanding how what we win and lose and why so that we can close more.

Person account and business accounts how not unified they are as they transition between being referrals into actual clients
