What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, quite intuitive, helps our Sales Distributors manage complex sales processes, empowers them to sell more and smarter to increase revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very powerful, but also requures specialist skills, so time is needed to invest and build up capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing different Customers through 3rd parties - Sales Distributors and gaining valuable insights for us to generate additional revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
I serve stakeholders across several departments and can almost always answer their queries for solutions by using Salesforce out of the box functions or by easily building something specific.Its a answer for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to keep up with all the new innovations - it takes time to learn about, test out, and implement new things while also taking time to remove tech debt. Often something is iterated on while in that process and I can keep up with the speed with a small team (or previous experiences as a solo admin).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is increasing options and avenues for automation that ultimately help speed our business.

What do you like best about the product?
My organization uses Salesforce Sales Cloud to create seamless lead-to-deal process and it works great. Would recommend to any org.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really applicable for deals in Retail Real Estate/ Property Management Industry
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce manual process and allow sale team to focus on executing deals

What do you like best about the product?
Sales for sales cloud is a user-friendly tool that has simplified the day-to-day activities of our sales team. Salesforce cloud pass fostered the next level of efficiency for our team and most importantly it is has added consistency, (one source one truth.) This conference is amazing and has something to offer for everyone. I'm a little bit overwhelmed because I'm not sure exactly where to go next, but there are many tools, and friendly people all around to help guide me. This is my first dreamforce conference, and now that I know the ropes, I'll definitely be back.
What do you dislike about the product?
This conference is larger than I could have ever expected. The walking, and the level of exhaustion cannot be measured. It just goes to show you how Powerful this tool is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity and consistency ... The benefit is the one true source, A consistent process for input and output.

Depending on the clients, it could be too expensive and sometimes that is a barrier to implement more features.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a powerful suite to power my business. Highly recommended due to the 'all-inclusive' nature of being able to access everything needed in one place. In addition to the solution, I've been able to tap into the support of the community as well!

We've been fortunate, to not have any challenges ... thankfully!

Salesforce is the most complete platform for all sizes of companies. No matter the size, the platform can adapt to your needs. It also makes your workday easier with automation and functions such as lead prioritization.
