Sales cloud for Education
What do you like best about the product?
We currently use Sales Cloud for higher education, and it has been working great. It saves our prospects so we can communicate with them. With Agentforce, we could set up a Recruitment agent which may be a year or two into the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen anything I dislike- it is a extremely useful and very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our problem of prospective students, and connecting with these students.
It has everything my Sales team needs to be effective
What do you like best about the product?
That it allows for action without context switching. Our sales team can get all the information from within Salesforce to make an effective sale.

Reports and Dashboards can be a little bit unintuitive

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud offers powerful automation features, customizable reports and dashboards, and seamless integration with other tools, which enhance productivity and provide deep insights into sales performance. We use Sales Cloud extensively for various business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has a steep learning curve, so appropriate training is necessary based on the need, but it’s worth it.

We use Salesforce Sales Cloud to address problems related to managing customer relationships, tracking leads, and optimizing the sales pipeline.

In my experience, essential features is available on cloud platform without any scratch coding.

Default fields can't be searched where they are used.

What do you like best about the product?
Capability to create account hierarchies, account teams, and capture activities. Also, having contacts associated to multiple accounts allow sales reps to see how his/her contact relate to other accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many out of the box functionalites like FSC.
