The flexibility in customizing the platform to fit clients' needs.

Inherent complexity of the solution can be overwhelming, expecially for clients without a dedicated admin team or implementation partner.

What do you like best about the product?
Agentforce for Sales Cloud provides actions. To perform actions, close the deals very quickly and improve the sales process. Sales Cloud is very easy to use for salespeople. We use it daily to generate leads. Integrated with other systems to show a 360-degree view of the customer. We implement a lot of features very easily to streamline the business. Salesforce customer support is good at resolving unknown issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't see the negatives inside of sales cloud

Get the insights to analyze KPIs to obtain in seconds across different channels using the AgentForce.

Amazed with Salesforce Maps

What do you like best about the product?
This is literally all at one place! We recently recently purchased salesforce map at my company, and I am amazed as I was working with the implementation. I have to set up those layers spins that I wanted to see on the maps and all the data are literally on the map. My sales team is really happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it was a new implementation initially, we didn't know how to get things around, but eventually, we figured out with the support of the salesforce team. Honestly, there is nothing that I dislike for the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My outside sales team is highly benefited out of salesforce maps. Shows all the distributors And the customers located close by and also routes to their location. Not That also shows all the information related to their account.
