Dynamic Dashboards and Real-Time Insights Make Sales Cloud Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
We like the Sales Cloud’s reporting and dashboard capabilities the most. It provides dynamic dashboards that give real-time visibility into performance metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very powerful tool, but it is a bit expensive for smaller or midsize companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like its feature to easily collaborate between sales, technical, and service teams.
Flexible and Customizable, but Burdened by Technical Debt

It flexible configurable and customizable at the same time

My company struggles with technical debt. Mostly this has been from questionable architecture from the past and not understanding requirements.

It’s our single pane of glass for all of our sellers.

Quality Product with Powerful Customer Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesforce Sales Cloud improves customer relationship management and facilitates closing deals with prospective students. It significantly increases productivity thanks to its technology and provides valuable tools to understand our customers' reviews. I also appreciate the easy implementation now that we are familiar with the system, and I consider the product to be of the highest quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup process a bit complicated because the team implementing it was not very familiar with the platform and had to learn a lot about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to manage relationships with clients and close deals with future students, increasing productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how Salesforce Sales Cloud makes it easy to communicate with customers and stay on top of things. The reporting feature is incredibly useful; it's easy to visualize and provides insights into our specific and global opportunities. Its scalability is a major plus, supporting our growth as a company.

I felt dependent on implementation partners for setting things up, which indicates the setup might be difficult without external help. Also, the aspect of pricing for nonprofits, while appreciated, suggests that there might still be room for improvement in affordability or value offered.

I find the product helps track opportunities, turning leads into deals, streamlining communication with customers, and staying organized.
