What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has allowed us to capture and organize our Sales data efficiently. We have a unique Sales process. The flexibility has help us with organizing efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downside is not knowing all that it is capable of doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our core system for our sales process and capturing client data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sales engagement pieces of sales cloud for our user base of internal & external sales rep. I feel this would allow the sales team to focus on other functions within their role.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't started using this functionality yet within our organization but do see the positive it could bring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us solve the enablement and engagement for our sales users that at both internal and external facing!

Sales Cloud is wonderful. It's been helpful to everyone I know that uses it. The interface allows for great functionality and speed.

The system is constantly developing, which makes it super agile with changes.
