What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is really the premiere or initial cloud, that salesforce is really centered around. So many awesome features and tools to manage and grow sales in every business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be limited in licensing for various products.

That I cant use it for more processes and cant deploy it fast enough

Price is a little bit expensive and tableau should have to be included in the basic license

We use Sales Cloud opportunities to track multiple interests for our students, track them through the funnel, and use data to better inform our decisions and next steps.
