provides great visibility into the sales pipeline, automates key tasks, and integrates smoothly with marketing and service teams. Reports and dashboards make performance tracking simple.

It takes some setup, but once configured, it is very powerful

Its automations, reporting, and mobile functionalities are particularly useful, allowing me to stay productive on the go. The platform's widespread use facilitates easier adoption among team members.

I found setting up Salesforce Sales Cloud to be quite challenging, particularly in configuring custom functionality that aligns with our organization's specific operations and execution needs. This aspect of the setup process was difficult, making initial implementation a bit of a hurdle.
