What do you like best about the product?
I like lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline automations. Sales Cloud provides robust tools to capture, track, and nurture leads. Opportunity tracking helps sales teams monitor deal stages, forecast revenue, and collaborate effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep for new users, especially sales reps who are not very tech-savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any problems in the sales process with Salesforce Sales Cloud. I like lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline automations. It helps me manage, nurture leads, and forecast opportunities using reports to increase sales and activity.

As a highly certified Salesforce professional with years of hands-on experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud, I can confidently say it’s the most reliable sales platform and CRM I’ve used. From capturing leads to closing deals, it seamlessly supports the entire sales cycle and gives a clear 360° view of every customer. Getting started with Salesforce Sales Cloud was straightforward. The Trailhead learning platform and help documentation made onboarding easy, so I could quickly begin managing opportunities and leads without needing to contact support often. When I did need help, Salesforce support was responsive and resolved issues efficiently, making the experience smooth.
Using Einstein Lead Scoring helped me focus on the highest-priority leads, while Next Best Actions guided my daily decisions to move deals forward efficiently. Automation took care of repetitive tasks, so I could focus on managing opportunities, building client relationships and closing deals. Salesforce Sales Cloud became an essential part of my daily workflow, I rely on it constantly to track progress, manage opportunities and plan next steps. Integrating Slack transformed collaboration. Deal updates, record edits and real-time notifications for pipeline changes came directly into Slack, keeping the team aligned and accelerating decision-making. Integrations with other Salesforce Clouds and third-party tools made key information instantly accessible. Using Salesforce Sales Cloud every day, I experienced faster deal cycles, higher productivity and complete visibility over my pipeline. I don’t have any major issues with Salesforce Sales Cloud. The platform is constantly evolving and I’m genuinely excited to explore new features as they roll out, which keeps my work fresh and helps me get even more value from the system

Before using Salesforce Sales Cloud, managing leads, tracking deals and keeping everyone aligned across the sales team was time-consuming and difficult to manage. With Salesforce Sales Cloud, I can prioritize leads with Einstein Lead Scoring, get Next Best Actions guidance and track opportunities in real time, which has made my daily workflow much more efficient. Automation reduced repetitive tasks, allowing me to focus on building client relationships and closing deals, rather than manual data entry. The integration with Slack keeps me and my team aligned with real-time notifications for pipeline changes and deal updates, eliminating missed opportunities or delays. Dashboards and analytics give me clear visibility into my pipeline and performance, making forecasting and decision-making much easier. Overall, Salesforce Sales Cloud has accelerated deal cycles, improved productivity and given me full confidence in the accuracy of my data, transforming the way I work.

Salesforce Sales Cloud shines in its flexibility and depth. I love how customizable the platform is—everything from dashboards to automation flows can be tailored to fit our specific sales processes. The reporting capabilities are especially strong, allowing me to surface insights quickly and track performance in real time. The platform integrates smoothly with our other tools, and once you understand the system, it becomes a central hub for managing opportunities, forecasting, and day-to-day sales activities. It’s reliable, scalable, and built for teams that want full visibility into their pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the learning curve. Salesforce is extremely powerful, but that also means it can feel overwhelming for new users, especially without proper onboarding. Some features require multiple clicks or feel more complex than they need to be. Customization is great, but it often requires admin support, which can slow down changes. Pricing can also get expensive as you scale or add add-ons. Overall, the product is excellent, but it does require time, training, and internal resources to get the most out of it.

Salesforce helps us centralize all customer and opportunity data in one place, which significantly improves pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy. It streamlines our sales process with automated tasks, reminders, and workflows, helping us stay organized and consistent in our follow-ups. It is the one of best and the most popular cloud of salesforce which is easy to use and implement also solve a lot of business problem with its interesting features and also mostly used in salesforce.

The one thing I am not liking for it is that it is not add new features in sales cloud now a days

It is solving the business use cases mostly by its standard features and have to minimal custom as per requirement

Its user interface is easy to use, and there is a large community that shares and implements best practices.

The cost of Sales Cloud may be higher compared to other tools available in the market.

It makes it easier to track both the sales cycle and the leads cycle. I can see how teams like Sales are performing and whether they are meeting the SLA. It also provides insight into which channels are most effective for generating leads.

Sometimes it crashes but i dont blame that on anyone besides my wifi provider!

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best CRM today with Einstein adding a very insightful software that I have been using it for almost 8 years. I am also a part of the trail blazers community!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used it for many years, I still feel that the user interface could be improved. The product's natural intuitiveness could be enhanced, and I believe incorporating AI into the developer experience would now allow for more efficient handling of admin-level development tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves for me is getting all my accounts, opportunities, stakeholder details, and activity history in one place without relying on scattered spreadsheets or memory. I’ve used SFDC for almost nine years, so the biggest benefit is consistency and I can create custom reports and analytics for my own reporting and tracking purpose.
